The store owner does not care about customers. They delivered the wrong pizza and the pizza was burnt. When I called and asked they offered a credit. I called two weeks later to use the credit and was told I would have to pay an additional money to have the pizza redelivered. I have never been talked to or treated this way by a store. I will never again order pizza from this location. Id recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I ordered two medium thin crust, meatlovers pizza with extra sause, and it was flat out horrible . It tasted dry and no sause was on it not even a little. The sad thing is I live in Nolensville and I dont recommend it to any one, and Im never going back. Not pizza.

We got our pizzas in which we ordered spinach in them. The meat lovers had two spinach leaves in the entire pizza and the other pizza only has half dozen spinach leaves. Unbelievable. The upside it only took 30 minutes to get the pizza.

Worst service of any Pizza Hut.The manager Zack was extremely rude to me, calling me a lost cause when i questioned the delivery area of his restaurant. Never again will i do business with this chain , let alone this store.

My wife had to wait twenty minutes after they said it was done. Then they gave us the wrong pizza and wouldnt do anything about unless I drove all the way back.

Pizza is good, but regularly them mess up on the little things, aka wrong sauce on pizza or forgot the dipping sauces on side for the crust or wings
