I am not one to complain I have not been to Ruby Tuesdays in years I saw a commercial on TV in regards to their new salad bar so I was all excited to get down and try it out so one day I decided to go by and pick up salads for supper so the nice gentleman gave me my containers and I proceeded to the salad bar when I got to the salad bar the lettuce and spinach and fancy lettuce was all wilted the tomatoes were busted and bruised very little to choose from most of the containers were almost empty it was around 3:30 in the afternoon then when I receive my bill it was almost $22 for two salads I was absolutely shocked Im sure I will not return like I said I hate to complain but I had already put stuff in my containers and hated to change my mind because that was food that would been wasted.

Oh wow! Where to begin. It took forever ever to get out drinks (2 waters and a coffee), the salad came out with the meal. The steak was not what was ordered and they played it off as he ordered wrong. They did offer to redo it but we chose not to. My food came out right bit was cold and the chicken bites would hurt some one. Not to mention the waitress was to busy chatting up old friends about time on the lake to bring any refills. Very very disappointed, there couldnt have been more than four more couples in the restaurant.

I ordered the shrimp parmesan pasta over the phone and the girl told us $7.00.. when we got there the manager said "Oh she was mistaken, she told you the price of our shrimp fondue." I was beyond upset considering it turned out to be $14 which we didnt have to spend on one meal. We were also told Id get free extra sauce and didnt get it, and had to wait longer than told to get food. I will NEVER go back there again.

I received my salad and my meal at the same time, i ordered blackened or cajun ribeye 12 oz. and received a 6 oz sirloin , wont be going back anytime soon, the waitress seemed more interested in conversing with old friends a few tables away than taking care of her other customers, cant even give them one star for that visit!!!!!!! Ok i had to give a star before it would post

Server was nice, and so was the hostess who sat us. But it took 45 minutes to get our food and it wasnt even busy. There were 4 of us, two got the salad bar and 2 ordered off the menu. The tomatoes were bad, and the cucumbers were hot and soggy. The lettuce was crunchy and the ranch was good. Otherwise will continue to go to the Mexican restraint Los primos next door.

Ruby Tuesday has redeemed itself. We had a wonderful experience. The salad bar was fresh and clean. Actually I had two salads, an entree and desert. You can get all that if you ask for the Pick-3 Garden special or something similar to that. Our waitress was patient and not pushy. The ladies restroom was out of soap but they promptly replenished it.

My husband and I always prefer Ruby Tuesdays above any other place anytime we get the chance to go out. They ALWAYS have excellent food and service at the Harriman location! Thank you for the opportunity to share my opinion about the place we love to go to enjoy our time together when we go out!

Must be a new cook as the meal was very good. My wife had a sirloin that supposed to be medium rare but was medium, otherwise she was very happy. I had a chicken breast with a mushroom and cream sauce that was excellent. Service was very good. Great meal and very reasonably priced.

Horrible service, overpriced menu items with small portions for the price. Food was mediocre and bland, totally not worth the $50 i spent on a slab of ribs and some baked ravioli.

As far as Ruby Tuesdays go, this is a clean and efficient one. I went in an off time, so it may not be true all the time, but I was happy.
