I rarely care enough to write a positive or negative review when I go out to eat, but this was such a poor experience that I feel obligated to warn others. First, no one was waiting by the door and I just kind of stood by the "Please wait to be seated" sign for 5 minutes until the sushi chef noticed me and pointed at an open booth. It then took my waitress 10 minutes to come to my table. She asked if I was ready to order, but I hadnt even been given a menu. I finally got my menu and a water to drink and ordered. My appetizer was brought out, but no silverware or napkins, so I had to wave down my waitress and ask for that as well. Somewhere along the line, an irate chef burst from the back and started screaming at another worker while being held back by others. It wasnt a great mood-setter. Once I got my food, half of the sushi was good, but half was nearly frozen. It crunched from being cold. I tried to tell my waitress, but her English wasnt good enough to understand (or at least Im assuming that was the case because if not, then she just didnt care). So half of my $30 meals was inedible. I thought about trying to find someone who could understand my complaints but just paid my tab, left, and decided to never go back there again. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give a negative rating I would. My fiance and I have been going to this place forever because they do have a cheap lunch menu, but I cannot support a restaurant that does not allow guests with service animals. And honestly, it really just depends on other guests reactions. I have pet rabbits that Ive brought in before in a covered carrier and had NO problems, but brought them one time and had another guest complain about me having them in the place and the SAME staff that were petting and feeding my pets were the same ones who told me I had to leave them outside. But, it really made me upset seeing a veteran and his service dog getting back into their car because they were denied service. Im never coming here again!

Probably the worst expeience Ive had at any restaurant. First, they drown my aunts entire dinner in teriyaki sauce and then when asked to re-cook it without sauce, they told us that hibachi food is teriyaki, which we know isnt true since a hibachi is a grill. Second, the staff are quite rude and snatched plates out of my mothers hands (this was her birthday dinner which make it worse), no common manners like thank you or anythong remotely close. Lost 5 customers forbgood that day.

When the order was wrong from what we said. We ask them to cancel the order. They tried every way possible to make us seem like we were wrong. It wasnt about the money, it was more about the food and the service. They called the chef over when we asked about it, and tried to prove us wrong. As a business owner my self, this is poor customer service. To go out out of your to try to prove a customer wrong is not how you provide a quailty experience.

I have been going for a very long time now and every time Ive been it is 100% in my book. The food is fresh, the staff is welcoming and the price you cant beat. My parents went all the time, their picture is even on the wall. Every time i go i think of them and how happy they were. Even with him gone, i still feel like hes there. Love it

Good was really good but the staff acted as if they didnt know what a lunch rush was. We waited 10 minutes after they opened to be seated. Our table was very dirty. And the little waitress acted as if we were not there. Only saw her maybe 4 Times. And never got asked how everything was. Sorry but wont be back to dine in at all.

My family lives in Clarksville, we drive to Goodlettsville to dine at this Fuji. It has become my older daughters request to eat here after her doctors appointments at Vandy. The food is great, people are always nice and have come to recognize my family even though we only visit once a month or so.

Always get seated right away. Most of the cooks are always picking on someone! Lol The food is good! The spicy fried rice with yum yum sauce is very addicting! My leftovers are worth fighting for the next day. My husband loves the hot sauce!

I ordered the Shrimp and Calamari. They ran out of Calamari. They also ran out of chopsticks. We waited for what seemed to be forever when we sat down, for the soup and salad to come out. The food was decent and the chef was nice.

First of all, its not very clean and the restaraunt itself is not very traditional for being japanese style-esque. The food itself honestly was very disgusting and overpriced. Staff doesnt listen to the customer at all.

Something was off. The spicy sauce had a goofy aftertaste, the fish in my sushi tasted bad, and the neon green soy wrapper had the texture of Kleenex. Wanted to like it, but was pretty terrible.

Denied entrance cause of our guide dog. Tried showing our ID for the service animal, the manager wouldn't even look at them. We did go to Kabuto's and was served by wonderful staff.

This is a fantastic restaurant. For lunch I highly recommend their lunchbox option or their early bird specials. For dinner: try the hibachi it is a very nice experience.
