This is a great example of how you can turn an experience around. Today my family and i decided to get crapes. Enough said, in front of us there was this lady that needed to know everything about every item on the menu, drinks, specials...it took forever, but i have admired the professionalism and patience everybody shown. Then finally, when we picked our food, theyve told me very politely there is an item for my baby theyve made as a special. Not needed, as the whole thing was not their fault, but greatly appreciated the curtesy. I would highly recomed the place to everyone i know and beyond, because they were very professional and friendly. Thank you The crape maker stuff!!!

The food was not good. The strawberry supreme crepe consisted of cinnamon and strawberries. They left off the powdered sugar and whipped cream. My husband has a gluten allergy. Online their website states they had gluten-free crepes upon request. However, when we requested it, we were told they didnt have the batter made up and apparently no one was willing to do it. The floor was wet with a cockroach crawling across it and nothing was stocked (forks, lemon slices, etc). Just an all around bad experience.

We drove over an our just to visit the Crepe Maker and when we got there, the service was not up to par. The young ladies were not particularly rude but they definitely werent friendly. It was evident that they didnt want to be there. That could have been forgiven had my order been correct. Ingredients were left off that I was charged extra for and since the young ladies were so morbid, I didnt feel comfortable requesting a new crepe. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean.

Great food! I tried the raspberry grilled chicken crepe and it did not disappoint! I also had the triple treat afterwards which is always a hit. However, I felt like the staff was a bit rude as they continued gossiping while customers approached and ordered their food. I dont mind some talking when customers are around, but when they are trying to order you need to give them your full attention.... not continue talking and laughing about other stuff while taking my order.

My family and I made the trip to crepe maker from Barlett. Longing for the fresh flavor we so distantly remembered, we pulled up to the counter mouth watering, stomachs yearning only to be disappointed. The food took extremely long to get to us and when it arrived it was cold and dry. I understand it was a Saturday but they are severely understaffed. I really like Crepe Maker but this wasnt the quality and service I have come to love.

Crepes advertised look delicious however theyre nothing like the pictures, whipped cream was left off, the guy stated any dessert comes with it while we had a menu next to us showing all of them with it, he did bring some in a cup afterwards with no extra cost, but crepe was just filled with a bunch of strawberries you couldnt even taste the other ingredients, id like them to improve since it looks promising and we were disappointed

I am giving it 5 stars because it is excellent for a fast casual style restaurant. If you are the snob expecting crepes from Lione France then of course you will not be satisfied. But if you are a typical Southerner looking for a change of pace, then you should not be disappointed. The prices are reasonable especially for the small entree/small dessert combo. I had the raspberry chicken and it was delicious.

I know nothing will be like a crepe on the streets of Lione France but try. My crepe is never every suppose to be crisp. I guess thats going to happen when you have a pile of already made crepes standing by and you throw it back on the griddle to reheat it. 5.00 for Nutella!! Please dont take this as a true crepe Memphis.

Tonight, they didnt have large crepes They were so busy talking among themselves that they had to be interrupted to answer my questions. It was as if the customers were an inconvenience. Then, it took them 20 minutes plus to get our food out. Other parties ordering after us received their food before us.

I took my family the Sunday before Valentines Day and they had a blast. The food and service was excellent. My children liked the fact that they could get a small crepe, drink, and graham crackers with their kids meal. Everything was reasonably priced for the portions they serve.

If you want something health conscious but still delicious you have to try this place! They have a bunch of heart healthy menu options That are made right there infront of you! Perfect portions for kids! Staff was very kind and seemed to love being at work! I highly recommend it!

Sooooooo I ordered the Western crepe that came with 2 fried eggs and veggies, was told that they were out of eggs, fishy considering crepes are MADE of eggs, and then I was served what I would call a waffle cone full of overly peppered veggies, really sad and not what I expected.

Much better at the old location. Staff seems Inexperienced now.They got our order wrong and was a little rude about their own mistake. the place is also not clean. The floors are greasy. The food is okay at best. I miss the charm of the old location.

I would not call this a crepe. I would call it a waffle cone. its sweet and really crispy. Their dessert crepes are loaded with sugary things. They should Google crepe, or go to France or northern California to understand what a crepe is.

Horrible! They over-charged me, they took 45 minutes to make a small crepe... AND they messed my order up. Not to mention, the place was filthy. Such a disappointment. This place used to be wonderful. Such a shame. Ill never be back.

The food was good and they brought it out quick..... BUT There were roaches everywhere! One was crawling up my back while I was ordering. I squished another on my way to my table. They need to fix that.

Its amazing! More people need to come here. "I know that Memphis folk like some fried food," but for a healthy and tasty option, this is the best! I love it here!
