TERRIBLE, I was just in Key West with my family this past weekend, We were having a pleasant morning walk and my wife wanted to eat at this place, so we walked over and there was nobody to greet us, so I went to the side and asked the girl there for table, she said I had to wait for a waiter to be seated, so we calmly waited, then a couple walked right in to the place, the same girl that told me to wait told them the same thing, and this little guy with greasy hair came out completly ignore me and family gave them a table and I brought to his attention that we had been there waiting for about 20min when he replied with a nasty attitude and a smurke on his face "sure you have" , I felt very offended had some choice words for the greasy hair guy and went over to the Cuban coffe queen where we had a GREAT time, Im sure Le creperie is a great place, but they need to FIRE this rude, ignorant, arrogant little piece o scum greasy hair guy what a sorry human being he is!!!!!!!!

Excellent. As a business major, the thing I noticed the most while sitting at the bar was the way the staff worked as a team. They reminded me of the maintenance pit for a NASCAR race where they change the tires, etc in under 30 seconds. Or a symphony of some kind. Everyone here knows their job and works impressively well together. The two chefs were amazing to watch. They work separately but occasionally in tandem. For 45 minutes I was there, neither said a single word. They didnt need to. They both had every tool they needed at the exact most ergonomic place and made making many breakfasts at once seem effortless. The other staff made dishes, seating, drinks, check-out, refilling of supplies for the chefs look effortless as well. Food looks and tastes amazing. These guys could be a great lean-six-sigma study for how to be the most efficient restaurant. Will visit again... great place to eat.

Friendly staff. The salmon was delicious. The wine pairing was great our waiter was kind enough to ask a waitress and I believe the owner or manager for the best pairing. It was on point! Only thing my waiter couldnt recommend anything off the menu. Always know the whole menu inside out from your own taste buds perception as well as drinks so you can accurately advise a patron. He was very efficient and friendly though! We really appreciated this stop! The staff really was charming. The quaint patio was perfect. We went around 2 or so I believe and it was the perfect time to go. Maybe because it was cloudy too. We will be back!!! Thank you!!! P.S. HAHA just read the owners remarks and I applaud you for your responses. To take the time is 1 thing but you are hilarious! Some people can only leave negative remarks a sense of self worth I suppose. Just remember 1 good review shines more than 5 bad!

What a great breakfast this morning. We were treated to wonderful service by an attentive and very accommodating staff (we were 5 and asked to sit at an available 4-top). The coffee was excellent - the server said they had just changed to a new coffee brand. My cappuccino was very good as well. We ordered both savory and sweet galettes and crêpes. All 5 were cooked perfectly and well presented. My daughter customized her galette order and they got it correct with a perfectly cooked egg on top. The homemade caramel sauce on La Divine was buttery delicious. And my La Parisiene was so tasty with toasted walnuts on top. This was easily the best breakfast weve had in Key West for the week weve been in town. I read the previous reviews as well and love that the owner responds to the good and occasional not-so-good. Merci beaucoup!

Update- Just look at the owners snarky response- Telling of how they do business--. Outrageous pricing! Agree with other reviewers- they charge for every little add on top of inflated prices for average crepes..Their perception of their level of quality only exist in their own minds. Owners have that typical stuck up french attitude, instead of accepting criticism with humility and poise they act extremely childish or as the kids say "butt hurt".. Just look at their responses to less than stellar reviews. This is America hunny, more specifically Key West! That kind of snobbery is not well received here, get over yourself. For the locals and tourists, do yourselves a favor and go to the Crepe place in Newtown.. Its better food, the seats are conformable the people are friendly.

I have been going to La Creperie since I first began going to Key West about 10 years ago, when they were located on Duval Street. After eating my first crepe, I was hooked and visited their creperie almost every day for breakfast or lunch whenever we were there. Sylvie was terrific and explained all their offerings. When we were in KW in March we made sure we found the new location which is fantastic. I know the restaurant gets busy and the service may slow a bit when they are busy, but the food is sooo worth it! They take only cash, but that is true of other small establishments as well. Be prepared for the best crepes of your life! BTW, they also now have their own gift shop right next door to the restaurant.

went here based on reviews on trip advisor and was really happy. the place is small and they dont have the space to accomodate large groups with children. We had to wait to find a comfortable place for the kids. The chai tea with cinnamon was really nice and the orange juice was fresh squeezed. We tried the strawberry gelato and it was not as sweet as I expected considering it had ice cream and fresh strawberries. I thought the beverages were a lil expensive. I will give a 10/10 for all the sweet crepes. We had the nutella, nutella banana strawberry, red velvet, berries and the raspberry cream cheese. they were all excellent and well made. I would recommend the place just for their crepes.

We waited so long for a table, that we almost left. We then were sat in the restaurant on a metal high table that was so uncomfortable, we pondered leaving then also, after waiting so long for a drink order. We waited another 30 minutes to get our food and a long time to get waters, which he (Todd) only gave us one, when we asked for two. The entire time we sat there waiting, we watched the cook making crepes and sweating profusely, it was really gross. The food was good, the service terrible, the restaurant was dirty, the bathroom unclean, no A/C, completely overpriced. We will not return.

An American menu wrapped in fake French fabricated fluff We came for a French breakfast. However the crepes were not authentic in any manner. Cold, obscure fillings, badly prepared. Anyone who has experienced the delicateness of a French crepe will be sad to see the embarrassing interpretation this cafe is serving. A boring experience in yet another overpriced phony restaurant. BUT... There are small tacky Eiffel towers in the corner... So I guess that makes it French! Yuk! Or just come for your average American breakfast and you will be safer.

We visit at least twice during our annual vacation week and are never disappointed. There are so many fabulous offerings on the menu it is tough to decide but everything we have sampled has been fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Our preference is to sit at the beautiful wooden bar and watch as crepe after fabulous crepe is beautifully and skillfully prepared. The atmosphere is fabulous, the food authentic and the staff, especially Katie and Sylvie are wonderful. We keep coming back and recommend you do as well!
