They are preparing foods with their hands without gloves seriously in this day and time.. depending on who you are or what you look like anything can end up in your food like when I was there yesterday the sandwich preparer smashed my sandwich and put it in the bag like it was okay just because I asked for some lettuce and tomatoes ..really Danny!!! so its safe to say Im not returning to this place.... Danny if I only lived in Tennessee I would apply for a job at your place because its safe to say you really need some nice good clean employees... very very cheesy not in my circle of trust.... and for those that said its the closest thing to a Philly cheese steak never been to Philadelphia, pa!!!

While they do skimp on the cheesesteak meat, too much, especially in a wrap, and fresh cut fries are not my thing if left unblanched, the overall prices and choices are good. The service is fast and friendly. Their "tenders" are ?whole? marinated and pounded chicken breasts, with a good batter, so you get almost double the meat as you would elsewhere, and theyre just shy of fabulous. Though theyd obviously been busy, the place was reasonably clean. Odd straw wrappers, salt, nothing serious, no greasy tables or spilled sauces. They take good care of everything. Cooking area kept very clean! We plan to make a special trip to go back there soon.

The location is highly visible. Its a small travel stop near Murfreesboro, TN., The food is OK. Not horrible, but definitely NOT carefully crafted sandwiches that are proportion centric. Lots of bread, not enough meat. Next time I shall order a half sandwich with double meat instead. I had bad luck with their French fries ( fresh cut). They remade mine (twice). The first batch were soggy and not cooked through. The following batches just did not get there for me. I think its the type of oil, and temperature. The fries are a failure. But the sandwich was OK. I WILL come back and try other sandwiches. 3 stars of 5.

They completely changed the menu, instead of having a choice of 10+ variety of cheesesteak sandwiches, now you just choose what type of meat (first free, extra meat $2 per type), cheese, sauce, and a limited choice of toppings. $7 for half(maybe 4"), $12 for whole. They skimped on the steak on my sandwich and then gave me maybe a handful of fries. Half sandwich and fries cost me $10...with only enough meat for a 2" bun and a few drops of BBQ sauce. Disappointing because they use to be very good. Used to be enough meat that I had to cut up the sandwich to be able to eat it while driving. ☹️

I used to love this place however I came in tonight and the young man manning the friar had a really pissy attitude and kept rolling his eyes and shaking his head whenever someone would order something which to me seems counterproductive when the whole purpose of a restaurant is to sell food. On top of that used to get a whole lot of fries when you ordered an order of fries he gave me this little box with some fries in it and when I asked where the fries were he told me you got a whole potato. He didnt even season them no salt no nothing

Used to eat here a lot back when my boss ran for TN Governor...stopped in with my wife today (some 6 years later) and though the food was ok , the SERVICE SUCKED!!!!! Watched them feed quite a few folks before getting MY sammich, then they forgot my wifes chicken tenders...Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for those..we watched tenders go out left and right while waiting for ours. I may be back again but if you stop at Exit 89 on I-24 East, watch out.

Wow, I cant say enough about the food and the wonderful people servicing bother the restaurant and the gas station. We ordered the famous Philly sandwiches I had chicken and Jerry had steak. They just melt in your mouth. Generous portions and delicious, I couldnt finish 1/4th. We then went next door and he bought cherry cobbler and I had a taste of the broccoli cheese and chicken cassaroll. Simply delicious like down home cooking.

When traveling this place is the best place to stop..its in a gas station but DONT let that make you to decide to go else where. The philley steak was awesome..the fries are fresh cut and the fried pickle oh my goodness.... cant say enough!!! Cant say enough just trust me and eat here.......

While getting gas, I noticed the cheese steak factory. I had low expectations, but was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the 6 inch cheese steak with everything, home made fries and a lemonade. It was delicious to say the least. This will be a scheduled stop while travelling from now on.

Great cheesesteak and good fries though they might be a tad overpriced. Dont bother getting a half its small. A whole is almost $10 by itself. Overall nice place, great service and different from anything else - nice locally owned business. Ill support that all day.

"Cheesecake Factory" it should be chicken tender Factory, the chicken tenders are fabulous. But for a place called The "Cheesecake Factory", well my cheese steak with mushrooms left me looking for the steak, it wasnt a bad taste, it just was begging for more meat.

I believe if the cheesesteak factory cook there french fries a little harder I would give them 5 stars but right now Im feeling a little greasy from the French fries which makes me wonder about the steak sandwich. Just for today curiosity got the cat...

Got a Philly cheese steak....it was decent...nothing memorable tho....nice people.....about 6 tables to sit and eat...and a TV....they have a variety of food there tho....shares building space with the shell truck stop....bathrooms a 4 out of 5

I absolutely love this place. Everytime my husband and i come through here we stop. He always gets the JUMBO strips and i get the mushroom cheesesteak. Always delicious and always look forward to the next trip through.

Pretty good just think that it should have had a little more meat and onion. Had to wait just a few minutes but its worth it to get a hot cheesesteak. The place needs to be cleaned.

Pizza tastes like cardboard and the cheese steaks have no flavour. $40 bucks later the only thing worth anything was the cheese sticks. Next time will hit Mcdonalds at the Loves smh

Chicken fingers were huge crispy on the outside jucy on the inside,delicious.the frys were a whole potato chopped and fried skin on.it was good.definitely try fingers and frys.
