We ordered her tonight (6/28) and when we ordered doughnuts, we were served doughnuts that were smaller and missing a couple of the toppings. When we pointed it out to the cashier, we were given the wrong doughnuts, she told us they were not allowed to sell doughnuts off the top shelf (several from other top shelf trays were already sold which blows that theory) I went to the manager and told him the situation and he said he would "fix"it...his idea to "fix it" was to throw a few crumbs on the same doughnuts and sell them to us...at that time I informed him I was going to write a google review, as well as Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Urban Spoon. Customer Service was awful and to add Insult to injury one of the doughnuts had a hair in it. They also had no toilet tissue in the. Restroom and we informed them of this and the cashier just looked at us like she didnt know what to do...its a shame I couldnt give it a zero...one was the lowest rating...

Went through drive-thru. Ordered a chocolate and a strawberry glazed doughnuts. Order was confirmed. Get to the window. Order was confirmed again. Got my order and only one chocolate doughnut in the bag. Didnt get charged for the 2nd one. Knocked on the window twice. Another employee was standing 7ft away. Nothing. Like I wasnt even there. Girl at the window looked like she had an attitude. Moral to the story? If you have two people working drive-thru, both should be aware of the order. One taking the order. The other bagging it.

Doughnuts are great. Service not so great. Went on st Patrick day for the green doughnuts. I was going to do an assorted dozen. But after I attempted to order 2 different kind and was told we are out of them and the doughnuts were mislable. I asked what can I order anything in the case so attempted to order one more time and said two apple fritter oh them you have to get a full dozen. So obviously I couldnt order anything in the case. So I just order hot a dozen glazed.

Krispy Kreme isnt what it used to be. The doughnuts used to be light fluffy sweet and would melt in your mouth. Now they are hard heavy and thick. Just not the same. The employees are nice and helpful. But it isnt their fault that what they are selling doesnt have the quality that it used to. The change came from corporate not from them. Saving that money!! Its pathetic!

Terrible service. Went in to get a dozen original and was told it was an hour wait. I asked if the drive thru was an hour wait too because I saw that they were being served. I was told that the drive thru was getting fresh not hot. I said that I just want some doughnuts fresh was fine. At this point I was just ignored until I left.

Good food and service, Ive been going to this joint since it opened. The service has always been top notch and the food has been very good. If you expect the doughnuts to be hot at each visit then down load there app and it will let you know when there cooking. See you there
