The service is somewhat slow, and some of the employees are not particularly friendly. I was impolitely told that I did not check off ingredients on the bag the way they like for them to be marked. I wouldnt have minded at all if they had pointed it out nicely, or had admitted that the bags should probably be changed. Also, parking is nearly impossible to find especially during regular lunch hours. There were no meter spots open, so I resorted to parking in the lot next to the building while I ran inside. In those ten minutes I received a parking ticket for $20. So, overall, I paid $28 for below average service and a descent sandwich. I probably wont be returning for a while.

My sandwich was gross, but that was partially my fault because I chose what went on it. My main reason for reviewing the place so poorly was the cleanliness of the restaurant, or lack thereof. Literally every table in the place was dirty. There were three employees working on a slow saturday, one of then should have came from around the counter and shown the dining room some love. I would have given one star, but the concept of the place is kind of cool, especially if youre a picky eater.

Be warned, if youre not used to the lunchtime college student rush downtown, you will become acquainted with it here on weekdays. However, they move people through quickly and with great food! The best chain sub place in terms of vegetarian friendliness ever! Take your veggie (and meat-eater) friends here, and they will thank you for it. The Caprese sub is great!

The vegan roll looked moderately disgusting but I didnt want to eat any more meat, so I went for it. Yes, even in my hands the quinoa, avocado and hummus looked unappealing, but the flavor was rich and warm. Gotta remind the sandwich maker to be more even with the spices. It was at one end of the roll.

Always great food and extremely friendly staff ready for any question you may have. Just walk in and pick out a bag! Sandwiches take 4 minutes to make unless it is lunch time, then there may be a bit of a backed-up line. Door says open 11-9. Not 10 like some reviewers think.

Reasonably priced, flexible menu options. You are able to select what youd like on a paper bag, hand it to the counter, they prepare the sandwich, and then call you when youre done. Quick and easy, would recommend. Nice, clean store.

The food is great, the people are friendly, and its right across the street from the job. The could turn up the heat though. I often find out too child to fine in, but I guess thats how they keep the customers coming.

Dont try going after 9 they will NEVER be open. Food is great love eating there but dont have that your open til 10 on your door and not be open at 9:06. This is not the first time they close this early

Good sandwiches as befitting a chain restaurant but it is literally impossible for them to make a single sandwich in less than ten minutes. Do not go here unless you have twenty-five minutes to wait.

Love this place. Sandwiches here are really tasty. You just have to mark the stuff you want in the bag itself and give it to them.
