Im an over the road truck driver. Ive had Mexican food from coast to coast, border to border. El Paso Grills cuisine stands up to the best of them that Ive had the pleasure of. Their food would do wonderful whether if I was at a cantina in south Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona. They do carry some of the American/Mexican standards such as a burrito or taco, but I recommend going off the usual gringo expectations of Mexican food and try some of their authentic recipes. I had their Molcajete (pronounced mol- ka- he-tey). Its well worth the $14.95, and could probably be a meal for 2 for most. Just ask for some extra tortillas. Warning though, the stone bowl its served in is very hot. You can still here it sizzling as it comes to your table. Its a nice blend of sauce with beans, pork, steak, ground beef, chicken, sausage and shrimp. Garnished on top with some fresh avocado and leak or onion. Never could tell the difference. Plus the service is fast and very friendly. Its invisible from the road, but pull into ( or like me just walk across the street from the truck stop) the Subway lot and theyre in the backside of the same building. Enjoy!!

Its a little place but the food is outstanding. My steak was perfectly cooked I was waited on very professional but not too much. Anything that I asked for was quickly given to me. A beautiful little hole in the wall but a great place to eat I hope I will be back here to eat some more

Very clean place with good food. A little small but the service and quality food is what I was looking for. It is hidden behind subway so you could easily miss it. Had the California burrito with shrimp and a side of pico. Well worth the stop.
