This particular location in Conway, is the rudest group of late-night employees I have ever met. Not only did not have time to handle the customers order if you take back something to the counter that is made wrong. They stand there and discuss it amongst themselves behind the counter saying and I quote" is that a drive-through order? Its probably something f****** stupid I aint got time for this stupid f****** s***." The problem here is that this is not the first time that Ive been met with rudeness at this particular facility. My advice would be if you want to go eat there do it in the daytime cuz it night time they dont have time for the customers.

Its not often Im disappointed with Cookout. I really expected to give 5 stars especially from the outside appearance! However the server at the counter was rude and not very friendly at all. None of the staff had name tags. Then my wifes burger wss incorrect and the bacon was under cooked. I did ask for it to be corrected from another staff member and they were very polite and friendly. Inside of the restaurant was very clean and orderly. They obviously have a good system in place that allowed them to keep the ticket times below 5 min even with a lunch rush.

We dont have Cookout in Florida, so I look forward to some when in North and South Carolina. I stay in the hotel next to this Cookout and visit 8-9 times in the 5 days were in town. Its consistently good. For the price, it cant be beat. In my opinion, giving any restaurant a one-star rating for bad service is ridiculous. You CANT eat service. If the food is hot, and the quality is what youd expect at fast food joint, then I think thats worth four stars. If the service is bad, then deduct one star. I will be back.

We are from Indiana and experienced Cookout for the first time this week. We loved it so much, we went twice on our short vaca here. They have a lot of options and with $4.99 combos including entree, two "sides", and a drink, its VERY reasonabilly priced, great for families. Sides range from fries to corn dogs to quesadillas. I had the cajun chicken and it was very tasty! I didnt try anything I didnt like. The BBQ is "Carolina" style so keep that in mind. So Good!!

They broke the cup to my milkshake so much so that when I got to the table it was leaking. Took my straw out and asked them to give me another one ... instead of giving another one they took the spoon for mixing the milkshake and then poured it into another cup. Then just used the spoon in someone elses milkshake. Gross for the next person I guess. Chicken quesadilla is just cheese. Burger was good. Food is no better than Dairy Queen and neither is the service.

Today was the second time we visited, the first we just went through the drive! Both times the food was very good, the burgers taste very fresh! We also have had the onion rings, hush puppies, coleslaw and shakes. The sides are all very good. Their shakes are awesome and they have a huge variety of flavors! The inside was very clean, even being a busy Sunday afternoon! Love that the music playing was not vulgar, but family friendly!

Best fast food for a great price. We both had the tray. I had the cheese double burger, bacon wrap, fries and a large sweet tea. My wife had the grilled chicken, two chicken wraps and a cheerwine float. We paid eleven dollars and change. The food was excellent. Weve been to cookout many times and it is always very good. The kids working there are very polite and eager to help. Five stars no doubt here.

Little girl opened the door to see 2 used condoms.. parked somewhere else, told the manager privately and she said its ok a cleaning crew comes at 10pm.. this was at 9:15pm. So the used condoms will just hang out there for 45 min. I wouldnt want to touch them either, but get gloves on and pick it up!! Its just gross. The staff however is friendly, the order is just never right!

Food was good, but both orders were wrong in different ways. For example I ordered a side of hush puppies but got onion rings. He ordered a hamburger with pickles and got a hamburger with tomato. Im used to my order being wrong at the drive thru but this was dine-in. My order is so often wrong at different cook-out locations I just expect it and just eat whatever they give me.

First time and my experience wasnt good. Cheddar burger was a disappointment, Cole slaw had a funny taste and the vanilla shake was awful(how do make a bad vanilla shake?). The shake tasted like the ice cream had been put in a cup and left in a freezer for weeks. It was full of ice crystals. First time and last time for me.

Went through right lane of drive through and sat behind 3 cars w/o moving for 15 minutes and watched as several cars that pulled up after me in the left lane were served BEFORE the cars in front of me placed their orders. Waited another 15 minutes to pull up to pay after ordering as more cars in the other lane were served.

They hace a great 5.00 meal that you get a main choice, two sides and a drink. The shakes are the bomb are this place. Was told that the owner use to work with Wendys and ventured on his own. The burger taste like home made, onion rings are real, not diced onions. All in all I enjoyed my visit

Every time I visit this location, its rude service and food cooked wrong. The drive thru girl kaitlyn should be fired because she is rude as can be and seems to be bothered by doing her job. Without the customer she wouldnt have a job... cook out should investigate management at this location

Everytime I go through the drive thru, my order is ALWAYS WRONG. I dont understand. They never give me my beef quesadillas and always say "cheese" or "chicken." They need to get the speakers fixed or get better employees who can actually handle pushing buttons and giving the correct order.

So my daughter was eating a hot dog from the restaurant and she bit down on a shard of GLASS. There is no number to call the store only a corporate number. So I am patiently waiting on someone to call me back so this can be explained to me. She also had glass stuck in her tooth.

The foods good, but the service... Messed up my order didnt realize until I got home and called the store with no answer. Amd its not like I asked for no mayo and they put mayo on a burger... They forgot like 5$ worth of food I payed for. Again, good food just shape up on service

I just left the drive thru and my order was missing a whole tray. So i got over charged and not all my food. This is not the first time it has happend and there is no # of course to contact them neither on the site or receipt. Sincerely a mad customer

This place is literally so good. My favorite fast food place! To me my favorite thing on the menu is the shakes! Inside cookout is so classy and feels almost like youre in a loud log cabin! All the workers are really nice too!
