Have been going here since the day they opened. Just today my mother tried to call in an order and pay over the phone so I could pick it up on the way home and they have her a very hard time. I called them to speak to manager and ask why they would give her such a hard time when we have been conning there since for over ten years. The owner acctually tried to argue with and said they had some problem with a credit card at some point in the past.... I cut him off. We have always paid them and most places will take orders over the internet let alone over the phone.... Never again, will I order from there. Their business model is sadly out dated and I will not have my family insulted in this way. Disgusting. I hope he sits in an empty restaurant so he can argue with himself. Deplorable and unprofessional, no way to treat loyal long term customers! Try to tell them they were wrong and see for yourself. Plus they always cheat you out of fortune cookies unless you ask. Have fun piching pennies while you leave dollars out in the road!

My colleague wanted to go here for a special treat she owes me.the ambiance was good.we walked in around 11:45 and were offerd first table opposite the bar and cash counter.waitress was polite and served our appetizer and left.Around 12:10 there was a crowd of 7-8 ppl standing very close to our table waiting to be seated. I didnt like the ppl standing close to us and staring at our food .our entrees came but we were not served any plates.we looked around but there was no one.my colleague went in a direction asking for help but she returned with 2 plates in hand.I was surprised to hear that the waitress simply pointed her to place where she can find serving plates.really really bAd service .although the food was amazing the service sucks. You will find waiters busy serving other tables and completely forgot about us for more than 30mins.we had to request for a check twice and we ended up leaving around 1:10 .

Buffet quality dishes freshly cooked... not quite "authentic" as people keep saying. If you want generals chicken, they will do an alright job here. They use as much of the cheap ingredients as possible to save costs... typical really. My shrimp with walnuts and chicken was about 3/4 chicken. Dont bother if you want something other than such junk chinese food. There are much more authentic places around, if your the sort who expects to be able to flip to the chinese side of the menu to see the authentic stuff much of which is distressingly far from generals (not to advertise but: china inn, red ginger, lucky garden).

we wend on a saturday….. The ambiance is decent. The person attending our table was not impressive, god knows why was she in such a hurry… we were not offered anything to drink straight to the appetizers. She came and slammed jug of ice water and walked off. We ordered Chicken fingers…. as appetizers , to be honest it was blant.. no seasoning and full of oil. Main course was also oily. Somehow we felt really heavy after having few bites……. Overall it was ok… It would be really nice if the staff is little more patient. Please reduce the oil in food…. Would i COme next time… Hmm I would have to think about it.

Asia is soooo good. The service is prompt and continuous. You never have to ask for a drink as they come by filling your water glass. I'm one who likes food that equals out nicely with prices. They have great prices with heaping amounts on your plate. The food tastes great, and Asia has the best crab rangoons I've ever tasted! The atmosphere is spacious and clean. My boyfriend and I come here all the time its our favorite place. I think one week we came three times! Ha ha. I advise all to come to Asia if you're looking for a good clean friendly outing.

Ive been coming to the Asia for 25+ years. Never had a bad experience, but recently heard comments from friends & family that it had gone downhill. I went yesterday and can confirm what they said. Again, Ive loved this place for several years and it was always my go-to place for Chinese food. Unfortunately what I was served yesterday was terrible. The golden fingers tasted like they were cooked in seafood oil, rice was flavorless and the lo mien noodles were dried out. Hoping its a one-off. Ill try one more time and if it happens again Ill go elsewhere.

everything was perfect except for the service. I love the food and now I think Im just going to order it and eat it at home. The waitress was in such a rush. I was trying to ask her questions about the menu and she just took my order and left. Asked how the food was and never came back. Waited for a refill and never got one. Tried asking her for one but she was no where to be seen. I think thats why they give you water, so they dont have to give you re fills. the food is always great but the service just sucks. I dont like to be rushed.

Me and my wife have been multiple times within the past few months and the experience has just been ok. The foods great but the service is weak and often it is hard to trace down a server. However me and my wife have found that we have had a better experience with the male servers then the females not sure if this is just coincidence but it might be a good move to look into hiring more male servers. Overall this is a solid restaurant with good food and a average experience

Very rude service. Waitress had no interest in explaining what was in dishes. As well, when we asked for dishes without particular ingredients due to food allergies we were told " no substitution, you no see sign". I understand no substitutions, but if a dish is made to order and not sitting around waiting to be served, excluding an ingredient shouldnt be a problem. Then to be told "you no like, you leave" thats exactly what we did. With no intention of returning.

The orange beef here is one of those bucket-list dishes. Everybody should try it before they die. The rest is fairly hit and miss. This place might earn 5 stars if it were small enough to control their quality better. Its a surprisingly big place. To me, this place appears to be a modern business spin of a traditional Chinese restaurant. Maybe not as good as the best traditional Chinese restaurants but far better than American-style Chinese restaurants.

my family and i have been coming to this resturant for years and it has always been good food for a good price. the food is never cold and is always cooked great. there are plenty of spacious seating and you usually get seated quickly. some of the great items there is the asia style wings, sesame chicken, pork fried rice, shrimp chalmain, general gaos chicken and egg rolls. if youre ever near the lincoln mall, go to asia grille. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!

One star if that. The food was horrible AND the bathroom was disgusting!!! If the bathroom is that bad then what are the conditions of the kitchen? The service wasnt that great either and it appears looking at the other reviews, the owner claims its because they are busy. Busy or not, smile and have some personality. At least look like you enjoy your job. The only thing that I enjoyed about going to this restaurant was the fellowship with friends.
