What is there to like about it? I always try to give them another shot, but each time I spend 5 minutes to order and yet another 10 to receive my order I realize yet again how horrible the service here is. Their employees lack common sense and take years doing the same thing theyve been doing for at least months. My previous to last experience was a headache to say the least. I spent 15 minutes waiting for a chai I never recived. Non the less, the visit made me late for work and I ended up having to give my money to a larger corporation. Today I decided to revisit in hopes to run into the owner, (The chais there are deliciously worth all these attempts) and to my surprise... She was serving me! I thought lucky me, Ill get to speak to the owner. She must hate missing out on money! To my surprise she started attacking at me! With her employee chiming in. And then was shocked when I demanded a refund and asked her to keep the chai. In other words, if youre willing to be treated like crap in exchange for a yummy chai be their guest. If not save yourself the 5$, the time & the annoyance.

Went there last week with some friends, service sucks. There is nothing good I can say about the place. The girls were rude and the ice cream they served me was gross and the sprinkles tasted old. I ended up throwing the whole large ice cream down the sink... Mean while they have a drive-thru and just the way the girl was speaking "I cant hear what youur saying.!!" like really really rude..... NEVER again....

Service is horrible noone is happy that works there ....good thing none of them work at dunkin they wouldnt have a job ....very very slow service and not welcoming or friendly ....I try to get away from corporate and go to mom and pop places but sorry dunkin gets all my business now and if not its mary Lou or brewed ....Im surprised this place has stayed in business so long

If i could give it zero stars i would , she gives me my milkshake that was gross I literally drive back around didnt even pull off and tell her if she can remake it because its gross and she says i cant because i drove off ..... I literally drove right around lol, very ignorant and petty and fortunate to not have an oreo milkshake thrown at her face :)

-0 stars, Very bad experience, one of two women (the older one... she looked like she was on her 50) attending me had an attitude problem, they are rude and also made faces all the time, like if I was forcing them to get my drinks.

Im very pleased w/ service & quality. Love the coffee (variety) . Staff is always friendly. They start to prepare my coffee order before I even walk in the door. Cranberry scones and Orange danish are delectible!!

Their Oreo muffin and Vanilla Chai are great, prices are so-so, but it feels good to support a local business. Ive been there about 3 times and the staff has been nice so far.

Love Coffee Bean had a turkey bacon wrap and a piece of pepperoni pizza . I also had a maple coffee roll which is the best. The service was fantastic they made us a new pizza .
