This is a review for take-out only . . . . After entertaining all week my girlfriend was picking up dinner for her Aunt who wanted the Fish & Chips and I suggested as long as she was there to pick up a light dinner for the two of us. She ordered 2 servings of the crab soup and one order of the Bang-Bang Shrimp. She waited almost an hour and twenty minutes for a simple order. The manager was concerned about the wait and kindly included an additional appetizer in the order. . . . Got the food home and the soup had a slight strange taste but it was hard to say since I find most everything is over seasoned at this restaurant. Anyway within in thirty minutes we were both terribly sick and have remained so for most of the following day (New Years Eve). I suspect the soup sat out during most of the wait at the restaurant and it just went bad. I realize their main business is a sit down restaurant but regardless if one is to serve take out food you would expect it to handled properly and on a timely basis. Or just not offer it. Sadly our New Years Eve plans are off as we nurse still queasy bellies.

I am a regular at Bonefish in Whitehall & Ive never had anything negative to say about this place. Food is always cooked to order and on point. Waitstaff very friendly. Although our last visit was nothing to rave about. Our server Kristin was rude & inattentive, never coming to check back on our party. We needed another server to bring us more bread and refill our drinks twice. She apologized for our server & said she would make sure shes aware that we were not happy about our service. Either that conversation never happened or this server didnt care. I understand people have bad days, and maybe this is the case here, but Ive never received service from Bonefish Grill, like I received last week. Highly disappointed.

We love the Bonefish Grill. My favorite is the grilled Chilean Sea Bass. They always cook it to perfection, with a little of a smoky flavor. It just melts in your mouth, not fishy at all, being very moist fish. If you have never had Chilean Sea Bass, you have got to try it. My other all time favorite is the Bang Bang Shrimp, which is a favorite of most who go to the Bonefish. Just about every table gets it. The service is always incredible and the staff is very professional and do a great job. If you are looking for good seafood, this is your place. They also have a great program now, where you get the fourth meal half price. You just cant beat it.

I was in town for a business trip with a colleague, so we decided to have dinner at Bonefish Grill. Bonefish has a great atmosphere and the food was very good. We had the Bang Bang Shrimp which was very good and flavorful and the ceviche had the perfect amount of lemon to allow the flavor of the fresh seafood to come through. For an entrée I had the sirloin with crab cake – with the crab cake being one of the best tasting I have had in a while – lots of crab and little cake. Erin was great as our server and Beth the manager came by to make sure that everything had been to our liking. We will be back.

I was there on Friday, Aug 18th. I met a friend there for lunch, at the bar. He had a drink, then I showed up. It took the bartender a while to even acknowledge me. Finally, she came over asked me if I wanted a drink. My friend had asked for a menu while waiting for me. So we had menus and she never once asked if we wanted to order food. Very disappointing. We both were hungry and felt like we werent important. She was more worried about stuffing food or cutting fruit. I have no idea what she was doing. I dont think Ill will be going back.

I come here all the time for their Thai coconut shrimp. Its the best thing Ive ever had! Its so tasty and crunchy, yet juicy! Its Delicious. All the fish they serve is amazing! Im a huge fan of the salmon. I Like their drink too!! Im giving them a 3 star because Im a salad eater and I just dont like like they have quality green for salads. For the prices they charge they should have quality food all around! But Ill settle for their fresh fries! Yum

The food is always great here but the service has been hit or miss for me. Sometimes I have fantastic waiters but lately Ive had a run of waiters that have been slow, gotten orders wrong, etc. In fact, that last time I was here, I ordered a kobe burger, medium rare but it came out well done. It was obvious that the plate had been sitting under the warming lights for a long time. Ill give them another shot...

Very disappointed. We have ate here before and food was good, however this time not so good. I had a dirty glass, so much it looked like slobber all over it. Then I had a simple burger ordered well done but came out Rare!! Then had to wait while my husband was eating his under cooked crab. Need better chief!! Will be a long time till we try it again.

Delish!!!!! The great presentation pales to the delectable flavors savored with every dish, every bite, every second! The wait staff has, at every visit, but one, surpassed and, complemented the meal. The only detractor is the removal of the home made lemonade! It is pricey, but every time we all have walked away talking about the great food.

Prompt service, friendly, courteous. Staff (Kimberly) took time to explain and describe dishes and the generous portions came exactly as described. Perfectly rare tenderloin, fish fillet flaky, tender and moist, lobster stuffed shrimp delicious beyond words. Well worth the 80 mile drive from Scranton area.

This was my first time at a Bonefish Grill. My best friend and I loved it! We shared the Tai Coconut Shrimp as an appetizer and it was delicious! She loved her salmon and my Lilys chicken was great, too. Very nice atmosphere and courteous wait staff. Will definitely go there again.

Still remember our first visit meeting Martin and Beth and having a wonderful time. Weve been back many many times since then and Heather and Kelly and the rest of the staff treat us like family. Can say enough great things about this place. And yes,the food is consistently wonderful.

Always good service and delicious food. Slightly pricey but not crazy. For 2 -no alcohol- appetizer, entrees and dessert its usually 95... And thats getting fillet Mignon and lobster. Never regretted going here. Definitely make reservations though as it can get packed

My first visit with my fiance. No reservation, so the wait was a little long. Once the manager found out, he took excellent care of us! Food was the best, atmosphere was great, service was excellent! We will be making many more visits (with reservations) ;)

Food is excellent and the staff is very attentive. Weve gone here numerous times and each time I try something different. Fish tacos as very delicious along with the Teriyaki salmon. Very filling portions and you will most definitely clean the plate.
