Since it opened, my wife and I have been to the Bonefish Grill a number of times having had previous experience with the chain in Louisiana where we lived for a while. We have found the food to be consistently good, well prepared, and the fish has always tasted fresh. Having lived in the Boston area for many decades, we are partial to unadorned, grilled fish, meaning without the addition of "toppings". But, they "do" toppings, some of which are inventive. The service, from the host to the serving and bar staff has been outstanding. Orders are taken, food is delivered with enough time to enjoy appetizers (all one has to do is ask!), and their concern for possible individual needs are expressed and acted upon with grace. They have specials on the menu and early happy hour, when drinks are excellent and remarkably priced and made with freshly squeezed citrus fruits when included. The wine portions are generous and not what another very famous seafood restaurant termed "the corporate pour" - a large glass with only a small amount of wine. We believe that the Bonefish Grill not only delivers on quality but is also a high value, as the prices are very reasonable. The décor is contemporary and looks as fresh as the fish is. The restaurant simply provides an excellent dining experience. New restaurants, whether a chain or not, require some adjustments to find their groove, and we think that this restaurant has. In a touch of irony, we only hope it doesnt get too popular....

My wife is currently pregnant and we would go to the west Chester location all the time but given that the new Delaware location is a tad closer to us but still a 20 minute drive we did a to go order one night because thats what she was craving but not feeling up to dining in. We waited well over the amount of time for pick up the said over the phone and got all the way home and half of our order was forgotten my wife called that night and spoke to the manager and he took all our information said they would have something out in the mail to us and its been 2 months and still nothing. With a new location and the reputation the other locations have this was a big disappointment and for a manager to "handle" the problem and try and fix it I suggest they follow through so that it doesnt turn away future customers to such poor service!

Went here with a group of coworkers. On Tuesdays they have a Hooked on Tuesday deal where you can get a 3 course meal for $15- $20 (salad, entree, dessert) and you can add on their signature bang bang shrimp for $6. They also are not supposed to split the bill when the group of people is 8 or larger, but we told them we wouldnt be able to eat there if not and they accommodated us. I love the food at the bonefish and always have. If you love seafood I would recommend Mussels Josephine, the Pecan Crusted Rainbow Trout, or really any of their fresh catches. If you arent a big seafood person - there are options for you. Lilys Chicken is an all time favorite (grilled chicken topped with goat cheese and artichoke with lemon sauce). Its a great chain restaurant with a good menu and great service.

Clearly bonefish Grill has no idea what the point of a restaurant is or why people go to them. So disappointed Ive had the worst experience ever at this restaurant Im really disheartened. After a long day at work all I wanted was to enjoy some dinner & drinks with friends. But instead we were ignored by the staff battered and neglected we asked for separate checks The waiter (Steve) said of course then continuously kept complaining about the fact that we were going to have separate checks every time we tried to order he only would take one persons order at a time in between serving other tables of people who came in long after we did

I went to dinner there with my three adult children and the experience was less than enjoyable. The first thing that happened was we just started eating our starters and salad and the dinner showed up. No one was paying attention. They were in a hurry to get us finished. The entrees were OK but nothing special. My one son order the tuna and he asked me how come something that spent its entire life in the water could be so dry. I enjoy good food that is properly prepared and served and dont mind paying the price. I will go back after they are open for a while to see if there is any improvement. I do enjoy good seafood.

Would highly recommend this restaurant! The wait was not long to be seated, the food was fantastic and our waiter was so attentive and funny. The wine list is great, and there are plenty of items to choose from on the menu. They have specials where you can get two or three items for under $20, which is what we did and the options were delicious. I had the salad, lobster and dessert combo which I believe was $18 and it was perfection. If you join the rewards program, you also get points for eating here. Cant wait to return.

10 year wedding anniversary celebration and my steak came out rare vs well like I asked. Waitress Courtney was ever so kind and fix me up as Adam the oh so nice manager was asking his guests if everything was ok I stated was waiting for my steak and he immediately made sure my meal was coming asap...asked if he could comp desert...we declined politely and come to find out he comped my meal and was sincerely apologetic. Thank you to all of your staff for being efficient and polite!

1st time here. Parking lot full so I was a little afraid of the wait but nothing to fear did not even get to warm my seat in waiting area before we were called to be seated. water and bread even while we were still deciding what to. Eat!! Service great food awesome drinks came promptly. Most importantly reasonable. Price and not rushed out the door. Will be back often. Our new Wednesday meeting spot

Some dirty cups and water bottle had crusted food on the side. Ordered the bacon covered scallops but they were overcooked more well done than anything Now main dish was the Chilean Sea Bass Omg i can eat this everyday cooked to perfection and the jasmine rice was very good. Wifey had the lobster stuffed shrimp they were really good also.

Service is great although hostesses could pay closer attention when seating guests. The last two times we have gone, we were directed to the high top seats without noticing that my husband was walking with a cane. We had to request regular seats. Food is delicious. The Fresh Pineapple Martini is my favorite libation!

Had a large party here any the staff was great at keeping drinks filled and getting food out. Everyone had a great time and all enjoyed some very good food. The location was a little hard to find for a few in our group since it was in the mall and google placed it at the back of the mall instead of the front.

Food: Tasty Menu with great apps and specials. Thoughtfully crafted dishes at a reasonable price. Service: Manager is great, servers are above average and nice. Atmosphere: Bustling but not overly loud. Parking could be the issue if anything.
