The staff at this location definitely are not customer friendly. Wait was fine, but sitting back and watching the staffs blatant disdain for their jobs and lack of patience with customers before me was surprising. If I carried myself that way in business Id go under. Short order cooking of soups and sandwiches should never look that frustrating. And at 30 bucks for 2 soups (no bread bowls, suppose they were out?) a mac and cheese and 3 pastries, for the wait staffs lack of personality, Ill go elsewhere next time.

The food was okay but the store manager (Asst. Manager ?) was clueless. We were there Sunday July 30 and I had a question about my order. I discussed it with her and it was like talking to a wall. The other customers in line tried to make sense with what she was trying to say but all we could do is roll our eyes in disbelief. Even the cashier had to laugh. I think Ill avoid that Paneras for a while.

I eat here often with generally good experiences, however today after eating about 1/3 of my ham and Swiss sandwich I noticed the edge of the Swiss was molded. The manager apologized and comped my sandwich (not my entire meal or my wifes), but molded cheese at a franchise that prides itself as a fresh food restaurant is not acceptable. Very disappointed.

I am not a fan of big chains in general, but this place has it figured out. Its excellent food, excellent service and an excellent environment to enjoy a meal; all at reasonable prices! One of my favorite lunch spots, truly!

Great Panera location with plenty of places to sit indoors and outdoors. Best place to find parking is behind because there are not many spots available right in front of the restaurant.

I love Panera for their calm environment (i.email. background music), good eats, friendly and accommodating staff. My only request would be to make the bagels larger.

Quiet location early in the morning. Perfect place for morning meetings over a yummy breakfast or a hot beverage. Very spacious, & overall a great location.
