Why can i not give it half a star? I mean, do they really need room for improvement! The food, service and customer support was indeed the most horrendous thing ever. First off, they say its a traditional way to serve the Chinese food off their menu, however it still tastes like absolute bull. The service was horrible, missing plates, forks, napkins. Are u that cheap? When you call back, watch out, the manager snaps back at you for them being wrong. Like what the absolute hell, there is no point for you to talk back to customers who could be pretty much keeping their business on the line. Phew, I think thats all I could say.

This is by far the best Chinese food in the Poconos! Having lived in NYC and worked near China Town, I have become "picky". Winner truly stands up to my standards! Occasionally I forget and try another restaurant, yet I am always disappointed....but not with Winner! They were recommended to me several years ago and I have been going there ever since - and I will continue to go there years to come. FAVORITE DISH: SUM GIP TAI

yup shes a nasty beeatch. free items if you spend enough but you have to remind them. order shrimp in your dish? thats what youll get one shrimp. broccoli? one in each corner..And then they charge you for the fortune cookies. Oh if you go check the dates on the counter in the lobby on the magazines etc...years old...look on top of the coke cooler behind counter to the right. theres a shrine with rotting oranges.

New management, and by comparison to the old one thing have improved within the establishment. Orders pare completed faster, and more efficiently. However some things should be improved like new decorations or new furniture (tables and stools etc). The overhead menu needs a complete redesign and update.

Okay all I have to say is if youre looking for out of this world flavors dont stop here. If youre hungry and need palatable food with no worries of poisoning and nice service stop on by. I ordered house special ho fun it was good I enjoyed my lunch would I go back maybe but I would try something else.

These guys have been here forever. The other reviews are correct - MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! But other than that the food is great for a Chinese place and they are pretty quick too

Read the reviews and went to this place, wasnt bad but it wasnt the best, Its not 5 star quality. The portions are good but it tasted like the average Chinese restaurant.
