The food is okay; We used to get food from here often, and over time, the taste and quantity have diminished. Looks like they are trying to cut down cost on their chicken, last two times I ordered General Tsos, the menu price version, there were literally 6 whole blobs of "chicken". I was like fine, they are big pieces, but when you bite into them, its mostly batter surrounding a tiny piece of chicken :X. To top it all up, the lady there has the hugest attitude, if you try to clarify your order. Never going back there again!

They seem to never change the cooking oil, judging by the taste of the fried cardboard which they call food. Their nasty, impatient attitude does not help a bit. The best Chinese joint in the area, Taste King, is about four blocks north on Bustleton Avenue. BETTER YET, DRIVE TO CHINATOWN FOR FAR FRESHER AND BETTER TASTING FOOD FOR LESS MONEY! By the way, the five star review from "uniquestarr" (the owner) does not count.

First i called and asked for if they have wings with rice and the lady started to attend the other phone without even saying hold then i asked her what kind of rice you use and she was so rude she said "go to out website and look what to u want first then call". R U KIDDING ME i hung the. Phone but never ever going back i am paying them money not eating free food

Ordered from Jin Jins my company is approx 10-15 mins away, they told me an hours wait... I called them after an hour passed only for them to say their driver was in an accident and they werent sure when they can get someone to me. Very Unprofessional, they never called to inform me they just had me wait. IF you happen to order from them track your order.

First time and last time here! Customer service is ABSOLUTE ZERO!! AND I MEAN IT! I order food and go to pick up...there was not a single word spoken during the transaction, except I said thank you for the food. Im embarrassed I even bothered to stop by. Never going back and never letting anyone I know either go to "New Jin Jin" !

First of all we live down the street and the food took 40 minutes to get there. Then THEY FORGOT THE SODA and when I called about it the lady there asked with an attitude if they could give it to us next time... THERE IS NO NEXT TIME. Food wasnt even that good. Will never order here again, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Jin Jin is a great restaurant. Its under NEW MANGEMENT and the chicken is great. They new couple are very nice. i eat from there all the time <3. and the food is cheap.
