Absolutely disgusting. I read a ton of reviews and decided to go with Lus over Mings. I ended up throwing out my entire meal. I got the General Tsos and it was flavorless, the meat looked raunchy and the sauce was sparse. The dumplings were too mushy and, again, flavorless. My sister got pork spare ribs and sesame chicken. The ribs had NO sauce, the chicken was just as bad as mine. The pork fried rice was the only tolerable part of the dish and required an excessive amount of soy sauce to make it less dry. We spent a total of $28.00 and all of the food went in the trash. What a waste. Ill stick with Mings next time Im in the Hatboro area.

Based on my first experience with this restaurant, I have no complaints whatsoever. I walked in and ordered hot & spicy chicken with red peppers and peanuts combination platter. First of all, it was fast (not even 10 mins) - maybe because I waited at the restaurant. I got home to eat my food and the hot & spicy chicken with red peppers and peanuts was amazing. I love the red peppers in the food. The fried rice was just right. The egg roll was a little different from the other egg rolls Ive had which was good. It wasnt as thick and the shell was perfect. I look forward to having another good experience at this place.

I have not been to this place to dine-in, but we have ordered from here on a few different occasions. The food is very good compared to some of the other places around here, but the wait is awful! The first time we ordered, it didnt take too long. However, the second time it took an hour and a half for us to receive our food. The most recent time, it took us two hours. When we called to inquire where our food was, they said our food was coming and rushed us off the phone before we had a chance to say anything else! I understand places can be busy, but when it takes two hours to receive your food, theres something wrong.

Ordered delivery food wasnt that hot, the crabsticks were overfried and had no breading left on em before they got to my door the food was undercooked and had a portion that wouldnt satisfy an Ethiopian child. I called to simply tell the guy the food was undercooked and i was a bit pissed after biting in the 3rd piece to find that out. I called to tell them the food was not cooked through all the wat and if I could bring it in and get some that was cooked through. The guy just started yelling and getting defensive, whoever is at the desk is a complete dick and if I get sick off their cheap flavorless excuse for chinese.

Absolutely the WORST Chinese food I have ever eaten. 1st, it took an hour to be delivered and I live 10 mins away. My meal, pineapple chicken, which is supposedly a chef special, was not even edible. It was mostly vegs, which I wasnt expecting any of, and the sauce was like hot pineapple juice. I ordered it spicy and the sauce just had red pepper flake mixed in. Even the rice was a weird consistency, and the wontons were over cooked. I ended up throwing out almost the entire order. I will NEVER order from here again.

I dont understand how this place has so many bad reviews! I found Lus on grub hub and it said delivery would take about 45 min to an hour. ( I live 2 miles away) I wasnt in a hurry so I didnt mind. I ordered from the lunch special so I cant comment on the chefs specials. The walnut/peanut? chicken was good and the rice was good. The pizza egg roll was delicious. Overall, I would order lunch again but the wait is so long!!

Horrible, unclean, unfriendly, disgusting and flavorless food... in my opinion run! Ordered Szechuan pork and was served onions peppers and 2 pieces of roasted pork used for pork fried rice... my chicken was fried with the I gloved hands of a women who just handled my money.... GROSSSSS! 15 bucks straight in the garbage, I just couldnt even eat it! RUNNNNN dont eat here!

ordered online and when i went to resturant order was not even started.then i was given a wrong item when i got home.wife ate the shrimp with lobster sauce,which was not what i ordered and could not eat the shrimp.hot and sour soup was too salty ,wish i listened to the reviews will never go back and ope we dont get ill

Im not a complainer. Worked in restaurants for over 5 years. A pizza delivery driver for three. Ordered Chinese at 7. Called at 7:45 to see where it was. Guy says 15 minutes. 8:15 I call again. Guy says 15 minutes. Call at 8:45 guy says 5 minutes. Food arrives at 9:00.... Cold and soggy. Never again.

Today I drop by here and it has been under new management.. the place is much cleaner now and the food is more fresh and delicious. Especially the crab Rangoon and general Tao chicken. It much better more than I expected. Definitely I will be back and order more than often
