Bad service. Came through the drive through at 8am. They had 2 customers in the store and no other cars in the drive through. Ordered french toast sticks, sausage biscuit and hash browns. After I paid I was told the sausage and the french toast sticks were not ready and instructed to park on the opposite side of the building. Well there is no place to park on the opposite side of the building except handicapped parking so I sat in the middle of the parking lot. 10 mins later my food finally came out and they had not put ketchup in the bag. When I yelled to the girl who brought it out about the ketchup i was told to go inside and get some. I wont be back here.

Apparently the ability to do simple math is not a requirement for employment at this establishment. Said that I would like however much extra sauce a dollar would get me... they said, "I dont know, it depends on how many you want." No. No it doesnt depend on how many I want, it depends on the cost of each extra sauce packet. The place is a dump and the customer service is sub par.

Went for a quick bite...ordered #8 with onions rings and asked for a large sweet tea.......got to the window and paid....but did not get a large.....and after I got to where I was going, took a drink and it is NOT sweet tea.....tried doing the survey and didnt even get the right receipt....so cant do that!!! Next time will go some where else.

The staff here that is on tonight is so kindly and sweet! I think this is officially the first time in my life I can say someone in a fast food restaurant made my night! They even gave me larger sizes on the fries and drink for the smaller size price all of their own accord!!! Such incredible people I met here tonight!!! :-D

I ordered a hot dog with mustard & extra onions. After driving away and then opening my hot dog box, what I received was a hot dog with mustard, ketchup, relish & onions. Really.....how hard of an order is a hot dog with mustard and extra onion? I was disappointed.

Unbelievably dirty, from floor, to ceiling. I watched the manager pull a bucket of brown water from under the counter and wipe all the tables down, never rang out the water from the rag, just soaked every table. People had no where to sit lol. Foul.

This Burger King is the best. The employees are the friendliest and very nice. When I order my food they say the nicest words and say thank you. I love their food and its fresh. I highly recommend this Burger King.

One of the employees at the drive thru doesnt give you your receipt and always tells you your total is a dollar more than it actually is, so if you care be careful.
