I am extremely disappointed in Boardwalks. My family orders from this restaurant on the regular (at least 2-3 times a month). Today was the last straw and I felt it important to share our experiences. Over the past several orders placed for delivery, our orders have either been wrong, or the driver couldnt find us. Sauces for onion straws are never present when we receive our order, pizzas are traditional when we ordered the Boardwalks style....the list goes on. Tonight, the young girl who took my order on the phone had given the delivery driver the wrong address. On top of that, she took down that we wanted a Traditional pizza when we wanted a Boardwalks style, and that we wanted bacon cheese fries, when we only asked for cheese fries. I received a call from Boardwalks, to tell me that the driver was at the wrong address and would be at our home soon (This is the second time in a row the driver had problems getting to our house, and both times IT WAS THE SAME DRIVER). We received our food, and proceeded to open the pizza box to eat, and well......****SEE PHOTO****...... I called Boardwalks and asked to speak to a manager. After explaining everything that we had experienced in our past few consecutive orders from them, he responded "well what would you like me to do exactly?" I told him that "if I am just wasting your time, I am sorry, but I am extremely displeased with the service we have experienced multiple times from your restaurant. I would like a refund for the pizza that was delivered to my house, that looked like someone flipped the box around a few times before we opened it." He agreed, and refunded us $25 for our order. Even though this wrong was made right in the end, during my entire conversation with him, I was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience to him and that he couldnt have cared less about maintaining the quality and standard of the Boardwalks that my family and I had come to love over many years....I was just another mouth to feed, with a wallet, and it didnt matter about the condition of the pizza I was putting in my or my familys mouths.

Went this morning for some breakfast, after reviewing their menu along with their very pricey food, we decided to stay! My boyfriend ordered a chocolate milk, it took the waitress over 10 minutes to bring it to us, now mind you the restaurant was literally empty" I wonder why" so anyway, he took a pretty big sip of his milk then tells me I think the milk is bad! which is was" I then took a sip to confirm! it was so lumpy and sour the milk was clearly bad. We told the waitress which told her manager, all he had to say was oh yes that is bad, didnt come to our table and apologize like most places would! Needless to say we where very unhappy and left. My boyfriend was sick all day due that bad milk! Red Lion needs more diners/family owned restaurants but definitely not like the Boardwalk! He will never look at chocolate milk the same. BAD FOOD, BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE PRICES!

With the name change i was expecting a change in service and quality. But this was not the case. Slow service, food was not good and not bad, sign out front said buy one get one free breakfast and that was a hoax. Didnt get free anything. This place has not changed.

Pretty good food. I have gotten the burger and chicken strips basket sence they have opened. They are still looking for a delivery person but overall really like the restaurant. Liked the burgers the most they are really good!! Chicken strips I didnt really like.

Service was good, the Philly cheesesteak my wife and I had were not. The cheese was put directly on the roll and not on top of the meat. The onions and peppers were underdone making them crunchy along with hardly any meat. I may give them another try.

Went for breakfast. Service is the worst. Pretty much put tge food on table and said we can figure out who gets what. Never came back to table to give refills or napkins. For all the great things people say about this place it was a huge let down.

Great food and service. Server was very attentive. If I had to complain, it would have to be too much food. We will be back. Second visit just as goodas the first. Burgers were fresh and the mushroom caps were fantastic.

Good service but food is not the same as York location. Garlic bread here was toasted butter bread and not garlic. You would think food would be the same at both locations. We will go back to york.

I had the audacity to ask for an egg white omlet at lunch timthe waitress responded snarkily and I decided I dont want anything served with an attitude. My coworker enjoyed his food.

Food is good. Lunch service was terrible. Asked 4 times and waited nearly an hour for a side of fries. Servers were too busy chatting in the back to care for the customers.
