Visited on Sunday February 22, 2015. Waited over 30 minutes to be waited on and there were only 3 people in front of us. There were 2 girls working, very slowly. As the line got larger (at least 8 people came in behind us), one girl proceeded to fill/stock supplies rather than wait on customers. There were 4 ppl in our group. 3 of us ordered Signature menu items, to make it easier for the staff as it was clear they were not very capable. 2 of them, we had to tell her what went in it and the other, even after pointing to it on the menu, it didnt even have the correct flavor ice cream in it. The 4th person in our group decided that it wasnt even worth it and didnt get anything. They also have a sign up that they do not accept gift certificates (which I guess included gift cards?) and they are looking for help. Its hard to believe that the Coldstone brand allows someone to franchise when they operate like this. Will never visit again. They are giving the brand a very bad name.

Absolutely Horrible! I go in I ask the young lady if theyy make Sundaes to which she answers no. So I order a waffle cone medium. The ingredients are added and the girl slaps them into a cup which is filled 3/4 of the way and hands it to me. I remind the young lady that I ordered a waffle cone, her reply was we have no waffle cones. I see several cups made of waffles never even offered one. I tell her I wanted waffle cone she takes the cup back and adds about 5 small pieces of broken waffle to the top. So I take this messy partly filled cup to the register to be charged $6.31 . I would suggest you find your ice cream elsewhere! HORRIBLE!

My boyfriend and I went here and ordered some ice cream after a movie trip. We have never been here, so we had no idea what they had and the place was completely empty. When we decided to start ordering, we were asking about the toppings. The worker seemed very uninterested in the job and was clearly giving attitude. Loved the ice cream, but the service could have been better.

They need to have longer hours at night. People sometimes eat diner late and want some ice cream but cold stones closes earlier than most ice cream shops. So.
