Though I enjoy the Mac and cheese working here was an absolute nightmare. Half of the staff I worked with in my first month had quit and they never bothered to hire anyone to replace those who had left (lets face it, who wants to work somewhere the managers like to roll their eyes at their employees). They would not follow your availability and always had something to say even if you were a good employee. I spent months busting my hump to become a trainer and I trained new hires, yet never got paid for it. As well as I never received my raise for getting certified in almost every single area in that store. The bad employees were praised ( and were trainers) while they worked the rest of us like dogs. And god forbid you needed to go to the doctors, they didnt care. As well as contacting the staff repeatedly to come in to work when they had requested the day off. An all around horrible place to work and eat, because half the time your order would get messed up because there was not proper staffing and employees would get overwhelmed. Oh and the managers would say they would get your break out, and then disappear for 3 hours and not give you one. And if you were scheduled until a certain time, dont expect to get out for more than an hour after that. They dont let you leave and you have to ask before you can which most of the time they would dodge you or tell you theres no way we can let you go home.

This restaurant always gives me a slight feel of being in a cafeteria because of the way its set up and virtually no integration with the staff. But thats not really my complain. Prices are a bit high and the sandwiches and paninis are OK but nothing special. I once went through the drive-through to order a particular sandwich and they said that that sandwich was no longer being served and yet it was still on the board being offered through the drive-through. The boy at the drive-through apologized and asked if I wanted something else, so I ordered a grilled cheese with tomato and a small cup of soup. When I came home and opened up the box, basically I found this squished grilled cheese sandwich that looked like it was thrown in the container and tossed around, also no tomatoes on my sandwich like I requested. I havent been back since and I dont know if I will.

Since Im always on the road I been to many panera bread stores and unfortunately the service at this location is very slow I would assume that they will hire more people to keep up with the costumers instead you see pepole disorganized and even bumping in to each other on the kitchen area, Friday night it was even funny wen the person at the register star screaming "can some answer the phone" I mean I was setting in the back of the store and I heard him pretty well, I note I been there 4 times in the past 3 days every day being the same slow service

food is always good! theyre extremely kind and friendly here. i like how theyll come around and ask if everything is okay. my only complaint is that i saw a female manager yell and get snappy at a young teenage girl when it was extremely busy. the way you treat your employees is a representation of your character. normally i would have said something, but it was really busy and i didnt want to put more attention on the girl as she was obviously uncomfortable.

Food is terrific. There isnt one thing on the menu I dont like. Never had a problem with staff. Never messed up my order. I have noticed that theyve been slacking on cleanup at the tables but thats the only thing I could complain about. It is pricy but its nice to have a place that serves food I can give my kid that 1)i dont feel bad feeding her and 2)she truly enjoys.

The service was ok. The food was bad. We ordered the greek salad, the tomato soup and the portabella mozarella sandwich. The salad wasnt as good as the many other restaurants we had frequented between rochester and Princeton. The sandwich was dried out, like it was old. The soup was warm and good. The food was defintely lacking.

Maybe its just the NEPA locations (this one and Montage), but I dont feel like I get a good value here. There are plenty of other places in the area that do sandwiches and soup - and theyre local, small businesses that do an excellent job. Staff doesnt seem happy theyre there.

They promised my little boy that he could have a cookie if I ordered through the kiosk. Then, when the order came they said they were all out of cookies and walked away. Not even an apology. What a way to treat a child. Later I saw others being given cookies.

The last few times I went up there they made mistake and gave us the wrong food. After finally contacting the store and speaking to the manager she stated we would get a coupon to replace our order in the mail....2 months later nothing in the mail..

Service and product has gone downhill, ordered French onion soup, which was cold and staff was very rude when I asked tthem to warm it up, they said they were busy and Is should go microwave it myself....Im done spending money there!

Not always perfect, but when I went in tonight with my family for a large order the two women accompanied our every need. They were kind even when we showed up late and gave us extra pastry for the trouble of items they were out of.

I love panera bread its one of my favorite places to eat, but when I placed an order for pick up they were rude and gave me the wrong order and argued when I told them. I was very displeased with the way the staff acted

Im rating 5* because they fixed their error. Forgot my sandwhich when I picked up my called-in You Pick Two, but sent me a voucher for a free one. Good customer service.

I used the kiosk and it didnt allow me to customize my soup which I have been able to do when ordering at the register. Otherwise everything was great
