I wish I could give a negative rating for this place. Not to mention the "man" who runs the place. We went to the shop to pick up a cake for a family birthday party. The cake was absolutely HORRIBLE! There was hardly any chocolate ice cream or the yummy chocolate crunchies. The vanilla ice cream tasted gritty!! Our guests actually didnt eat the slice of cake they were given it was truly THAT BAD!! We decided to take the remaining cake (over a 1/2 of a small sheet cake) back to get a refund (or a replacement). The man was nasty and rude, took a taste and said it was fine. My daughter then mentioned the lack of chocolate ice cream and the crunchies, he replied thats the way they always are (which is NOT true.) Took the cake back, NO refund, NO replacement, not even a coupon for our next cake...NOTHING, not even an apology. WE WILL NEVER GET OUR ICE CREAM CAKES THERE EVER AGAIN!!!

I went in to order a cake and the owner was rude as usual Will never walk in to that store again. I cannot imagine someone owning a business treating his customers the way he does. He needs to read the book "how To Win Friends and Influence People", or something! Ps Carvel and Friendleys cakes are way better and can be found in every store. They will personalize them for you in the store. Got one at BJs and the girl working there gave me a plastic graduation cap and little diploma to put on the cake at no charge. That cake was delicious.

The "gentleman" that would have waited on me this morning was a very rude and asinine individual. Asked approximately how many people a medium round fed and was ordered to bring it over and then spoken down to. Left the cake on top of cooler and walked out. Never go back there again. Beyond rude and insulting

Whoever answered my phone call this morning has a nasty, horrible attitude and was plain rude. Also, their cakes really arent that tasty. Will gladly go elsewhere.

My friend surprised me with an Eagles Ice Cream Birthday cake! My two favorite things together for my birthday! Tastiest ice cream cake ever!!
