Food was open and smushed at the bottom of the bag, ruined my jeans trying to take it apart. Went in to get our food replaced and the staff was not apologetic at all. When they gave me the placement the guy pretty much threw it at me and walked away. I was checking to make sure everything was there, and they forgot the hot sauce. There was no one at the counter, so my husband went to grab some from the self service area. I was standing there waiting for him, obviously displeased, and the manager shouted at me that the sauce was in the bottom of the bag. So I shouted back that no, the guy forgot the hot sauce and only gave me fire. Her response? Well I told him to give you both. Still talking to me from 20 feet away. To top it off? My husband went to eat his chicken burrito on the way home, and it was a bean burrito. Never again.

Im am sitting in the car outside of the Taco Bell on Broad Street in Lansdale, PA where I have already paid for my order through the app. There is this sign on the door that says temporarily closed. When I flagged down a worker, he came to the door and said not til 12pm today and tried to walk away. He didnt care to hear that I already paid and initiated a pick up. At the same time another employee was screaming at him to shut the door. Door slammed in our faces and we are waiting in the car now... This is the worst experience I ever had at Taco Bell. If something is wrong, at least educate customers and talk to them. Completely unprofessional.

I have tried to get breakfast on 3 different mornings and have been disappointed 3 times. Although they were supposed to be open, they werent. This morning takes the cake. There were 2 people in the building, getting paid Im sure, and they didnt know how to make breakfast!? Its a shame - when I have been able to be served, Ive loved the breakfast and the employees have been great. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back since I have no clue when they will actually be open during their regular business hours.

I eat here often, after working at one of the nearby shops in Airport Square. The evening staff is very reliable. One time, I asked for water instead of soda… they were very helpful and provided all condiments I had asked for - even more than I needed! I always get a huge stack of napkins, and for me, thats a Plus when I go through the drive through. Staff is friendly, responsive, and they take my order every time I go in!

Went through drive thru and asked for a moment. The lady in drive thru was very impatient. We then were treated rudely as we paid and received our meal. It seemed we were inconveniencing staff when asking for condiments. our order was unsatisfactory including half filled burritos. It was primarily just folded tortilla. Shortly after the visit we attempted to call just to have our call unanswered.

Weve been to this restaurant a few times in the last few months. The orders are never right and usually not complete. You can call them and complain but they dont care. The food itself is okay when and if you get it as long as you dont ask for any chages like no tomatoes etc. Were done with this place though; tired of coming home mad because they messed up the order yet again.

It was horrible. I was hoping to get something to eat and went there because they said they were open until eleven. I went at 10:40pm and they were closed! What the heck!! So mad. Beware Taco Bell customers. Very Very bad advertising! I will tell all my friends to boycott this location. I will also post everyday about my horrible experience!

This location is also a Long John Silvers and thats why I come here. The food is really good (as long as its fresh from the frier). The Onion rings have improved. They used to be really good but left a pasty feeling in my mouth, now they seem to be really good but without the pasty feeling.

pretty clean restuarant and nice employees. the food was amazing of course. i love tacobell becuase it has the ability to accommodate a vegan lifestyle easily by replacing meat with beans and making it fresco style. 10/10

This place has the best cashier lady and the best burritos. The 7 layer burrito, burrito supreme, and black been burrito with beef is heaven. (Then go to the 7-11 for 99¢ drinks)
