Had the bacon burger with fries and a milkshake and wasnt disappointed. Service was attentive and organized. The owner/manager came over to each table to see if everything was satisfactory. Ive been going here for the past few years and this is the first time I saw this happen. I believe they have new management since other co-workers have experienced the same thing. A bit pricey for the size of the burgers but very tasty none the less.

Horrible service, placed internet order when I arrived and inquired about order they said few more minutes, checked again 20 min later and order had been sitting on counter very expensive for cold fries and burger. They cant handle internet orders if you go and wait it is about 20min wait. So double the price of Wendys and very poor service, I will never be back.

I realize it was a busy Sunday and they are short staffed, but very poor service and managed. Waited 40 minutes only to find out they hadnt started my order. Was able to get a refund. The individual in charge also handled food products without disposable gloves after handling money and the register.

The Kennett Square location used to be great, but that is not the case anymore. The staff is disorganized and sloppy. They never have all the drink options or something else is always missing. They need training in the business and customer service.

This was a decent place for a burger. They didnt have a ton of choices but the food was still good. Staff was friendly, the restaurant clean, and we didnt have to wait long to get our food.

The burgers were awesome, but everyone working there appeared to be high-so the atmosphere wasnt the best. I wouldnt reccomend bringing a family here.

Irish nachos are excellent, homemade chips make the dish. Milkshake very good as well. Fellow at the counter was very nice and personable.
