I heart starbucks. I mean have a special budget for it and I still go over every month. I ordered a new favorite, Caserra latte and it didnt taste right the other day. I asked the young lady in the front if anything changed she said it may have been the shot amount. But anyways, thats not whats important because I ordered it again today and IT WAS THE BEST I EVER HAD. OMG. I ordered my usual large and she MADE IT SO GOOD that I drank it all in FIVE MINUTES. Her name is JULIA and she is the BEST. She was making drinks, taking orders, and doing so many other things at once. She is amazing and your lucky if you catch her like I did.

I went to this starbucks for the first time. The only reason I went is because I had received a gift card from someone for Christmas. I ordered a large peppermint white hot chocolate, a bacon egg cheese sandwich, and two cake pops. The sandwich was a decent size for the price. The frosting from the cake pops was a little melted but I dont mind that. The real problem was that when I received my hot chocolate, it was cold. It tasted like peppermint milk instead of hot chocolate. I will never go to starbucks ever again!

I love Starbucks but unfortunately I cant give this location five stars. Ive been coming to this one for years but recently stopped because I didnt feel the service was as adequate as it used to be in fact that seem to have slowed down since I returned recently and to be honest with you and nothings changed. And the coffee doesnt taste the same or as good as other locations Im sorry to say because this one is very close to home

I honestly dont care for the Starbucks chain in general, but I do like quality coffee, and I like that they seem to treat their employees fairly. This Starbucks has a very good staff, they work hard to get everything out on time and work well as a team. I appreciate the friendly demeanor, they dont make me feel like theyre faking it.

I have noticed that both young and old (not too mention people inbetween) very much enjoy spending their time and cash at the Kennett Starbucks. The staff is nice and apt (I dont like to walk into a coffee shop and notice that I know much more about coffee than the baristas). I do recomend it.

They always get my order correct the first time! They go out of their way to make my kids hot chocolate a cooler temp for kids. I also like their app and they always have my drink ready to go when o walk in! My only problem is that it is tiny and there are never any tables open!

Good customer service. I like the white peppermint mocha latte. This location makes it just the way I like. I was credited a free latte from the barista because they felt I waited too long in line for my order. Thanks.
