never ever again 46.00 for garbage and had to wait 2 hours bc ya can only get delivery after 4:30pm and had to spend over 30.00 in order to have a delivery. ordered 2 orders of CRISPY!!!! mild wings SOGGIER THAN A WET SPONG!!! YUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAUCE HAD NO FLAVOR, celery was 1/2 ROTTEN AND DRIED OUT. DISGUSTING! ARIZONA ICED TEA WAS LIPTON WARMER THAN PEEEE!!!!! TURKEY CLUB PRETTY GOOD! BLUE CHEESE VERY GOOD. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY 1 CAT WOULDNT EVEN EAT IT AND MY CAT LOVES GARBAGE!!! NEED TO REFUND ME 35.00 OH DELIVERY GUY KINDA GRUMPY 2 SORRY WINDSOR YOU SUCK.!

This place doesnt even deserve one star anymore. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap (which I used to love and always get) and the last time I got it, it looked like someone threw up and put it in a to go container. It was so disappointing. Not only was it horrible but they charged me $10 dollars. I used to be a regular at this establishment but I will not be going here anymore.

We had lunch there yesterday ! Great food , good prices, and excellent service ! We called the night before to ask if they were open on Sundays , and Jackie was so nice ! Our waitress was Chrissy , and she was fantastic- we 4 are a handful !! Our family members from Upstate NY. are wishing the Windsor in was closer to them !! Great time - highly recommend it !!

Andy, you are the worse owner ever. You have no personality nothing. all you care about is the $ coming in. AllYour waitresses EXCEPT MEGAN and TAMMY suck. Your food sucks. Your service sucks. Last week I ordered a chef salad for pick up and I asked for the dressing on the side and they said no problem, when I got there i wanted to also get some ranch dressing i was told they would have to charge me for the extra dressing unbelievable when I already paid 11 dollars and change .please respond to this. Our stay could not have been better. The hotel was recently remodeled. It looks great. The attention to even the smallest detail is impressive and appreciated. Something you do not get at the chain hotels. The staff enjoys working there and it shows. All vey sincerely friendly. On top of all of this, it is very conveniently located.

Love the Windsor wings. Been going there for 24 years. There are bad times and good times at all restaurants. The owners are always there even if they dont feel like being there which says a lot for them. Nice beer selection and good wings are always in order even if all else is going wrong!

Been going her since I was a kid! Love the staff. Love the food. Love everything! Try chicken tenders with cheese, gravy and hot sauce! Just a little concoction I came up with when I was 7. Yes.. 7. Thats how long Ive loved this place. You wont be disappointed!

Food is always great would give 5 stars but the last few times Ive been in the service has been really slow, waited almost 10 mins till a server came to the table and it wasnt even busy. While the service is a bummer the food is great.

Best wings anywhere, and Ive had the original at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo. An order of hot wings, gravy fries, and a frosted mug of beer at the Windsor is a perfect meal in my book.
