For those with Celiac Disease: My order was taken by the elder of two women who were both working the counter during lunch. In my original order of a Camp Club, I asked what their GF options were for that item. After the options were given, I decided to have it on a GF tortilla. When I was first served, the tortilla looked suspicious. I decided that I should ask for confirmation that my wrap was made GF. In response, I was rudely told I never ordered a gluten free wrap by the younger woman working the counter (who wasnt even at the counter during our order, as she had briefly went into the kitchen). The elder woman said nothing in my defense. I understand that mistakes happen, so I asked politely for a new wrap with a GF tortilla. The younger woman (who appeared to be in charge) brought me my GF wrap and didnt bother speaking a word, even after I apologized for any confusion and thanked her for the re-make. The portion of the GF wrap was HALF the size of the non-GF wrap I was originally given (the tortillas were comparable in size). The wrap was quite tasty, the only reason I gave 3 stars. Poor customer service and a much smaller portion on a GF wrap for the same price as a flour wrap are not acceptable.

So sorry that Channing Tatum had a bad experience at Camp Umpys, it must have been a very bad day for all as we have never had a bad experience there. The service is excellent and every employee appears to be happy and very glad to be there and provide you with attention and detail to your order. We have tried all their bagels and have not been disappointed with any. Their sandwiches are unique, tasty and priced right. Worth the trip from Dingmans to eat a late breakfast, sitting on their oversized chairs. Lovely to take home a Camp Umpys bag of bagels so we can enjoy them for the rest of the week.

Best bagels in the Hawley/Honesdale area. The service is a bit iffy, the people at the counter can have a really bad attitude at times. It is not unheard of for them to yell at each other in front of customers, but the bagels are totally worth it. Very reasonable price as well.

Great bagels the staff is always so nice an helpful an they have some great hot an cold drinks like the Zombie and Becca , love getting something new to drink every time. An i am craving a Sun-dried tomato bagel with cream cheese and a nice warm Becca to complete bliss!
