Horrible!!! There was chicken bones in a tray of chicken I ordered and caused my one year old to choke!!! Also our stuffed shells had hair baked in the top of it. They charged so much and when I went in for refund that I was promised over phone, a want to be Lorenzo possy woman jumped in to try to fight me. I was not going to stoop myself to trash level to fight some smoker ugly woman who spends her Saturday nights stuffing her face with pizza!! So upset with this pizza place. I am from jersey and its true what they say, jersey pizza cant be topped and neither can jersey class. Please, came in for a refund that was promised, not to be threatened and be yelled at. I believe they ganged up on me and knew they had me because I was a young woman alone and they didnt take me seriously

If I could, I would put 0 stars. We (table of 5) came in around 7. It then took another 20 minutes just to get a pitcher of water. My girlfriend ordered ice tea and she did not get that until another 10 minutes. A table of 8 came in after us, ate and left before we even got our food. We were thinking about walking out. Our food finally came around 8, but it looked like it was under the heat lamps for a while. To top it off, a herd of flies came to eat with us.

The chicken Franchase was cold and had bones in the chicken fillets. The stuff shells had hair in them and the pizza was 90% sauce 10% cheese. All just terrible. The owner (Joe) acted like stereo type tough guy with my daughter when she wanted to be refunded for the food. When I called his attitude didnt change. We just go to "two guys from Italy" in Honnsdale. Much better food and service.

My husband and I are out of town for our anniversary. We had chicken and mushroom pizza, and buffalo wings. It was not even hot by the time we got back to our resort. The bread was hard as cardboard and the cheese and toppings was coming off the pizza. The wings was hard and dry. Im so glad that were not from around here. We never have to eat there again.

After driving 1000 miles from Iowa in one day...we got to town late at night and found this place. The food was beyond excellent. The owner was so funny and hospitable and even gave us free pizza. The calzone was far beyond good. Ill probably never be back to hawley as it was a business trip but I really enjoyed the experience.

Awful service. We sat down around 7:15pm. Did not get our food until 8:10pm. A pitcher of water alone took 20 minutes. Then my ice tea was another 10 minutes after asking another waitress. Our food looked like it was under the heat lamps for a while as well. And to top it all off, a group of flies came to join us eating.

This pizza shop serves Italian dishes and some decent sandwiches which our party enjoyed. We had Cheese Steaks, Chicken Parm and a Cheeseburger. The food was certainly ok, however, we will continue our culinary exploration of Hawley as there are many options up & down the scale of cost and quality.

Loved the cozy setting of the place, the food and the hospitality! The hand made Pizza was amazing! ! Pietro and Paula were very kind for serving us dinner even if it was almost closing time. Very kind people! My family and I would definitely go back when visiting Hawley again.

Family owned restaurant of real Italians who know how to make amazing authentic Italian food. The pizza there is amzing! Hand made sauce with delicious cheese or whatever you want on it... I love this place.
