At various other Honey baked hams Ive ordered the bone-in ham sliced. Its delicious and perfect. BUT at this location, despite it being on the menu, the manager refused to prepare it. " we only have it rarely. Its expensive to break down a ham. We only do it when a ham is about to go bad. I cant tell you when well have it.". Now why has there never been an issue at any of the other places Ive gotten the ham?? Also if theyre menu is part of the business model and you dont like it, or wont fulfill the order, dont open the franchise!

Placed a catering order for whole ham for Xmas party and it showed up cold with frozen Mac and cheese. Its not catering but just delivery even though I asked for catering. Owner failed to rectify situation even though I told his employee I wanted to serve it at 4, which would not allow time for heating. Some guest needed to leave and couldnt wait for ham to heat up. It was a disaster.

We have placed a large order with this location every December for the last 8-10 years and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is top notch and the hams are AMAZING! The owner is very personable and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect!

Weve always gotten ham there & its been great! Got a turkey breast today, and it was REALLY dry. When I called up to complain, they said that its not returnable because of the packaging. After all that, all I got was an "Im sorry"... Well, youre not the only one whos sorry...

I purchased a catering order from this HoneyBaked Ham location. Everything was ready on time. There was one minor problem and it was quickly and efficiently remedied. Their products score 5 stars and so does their customer service. I highly recommend this store.

Sorry to inform you but if the hams were sold hot out of the store then the store was not the original honey baked maybe a heavenly ham or ham sweet ham but not honeybaked. These are corporate policies and do not vary from store to store, or region to region.
