Went to Taco Bell drive thru today for a quick easy meal while in route. They first gave me the wrong order, so I pulled around and parked... Took my one month old daughter and went in to tell them they made a mistake--no big deal, it happens just a pain bc I have such a small child. They handed me my bag and out the door I went. Got to the car loaded her back in and went to eat when I noticed again they had the wrong order so I had to take her out and go back in. This time they had to make my order and I had to wait. While I waited no one said a word. Didnt compensate for the inconvenience and just brushed it off which I think is very unprofessional given the circumstances that they made multiple mistakes. I mean how hard is it to check an order before you hand it out the second time... Ridiculous

Today, 5/5/2011 i was going to use a 50 dollar bill for my 23 dollar order, and i was told, that they dont take anything larger then a 20 dollar bill, due to counterfeit bills out there. I almost felt guilty for pulling out a large bill, which really is not that large anymore, hell it costs me a 100 bucks to fill my fuel tank. If its such a concern, and a problem, how about some training for the employees, or perhaps technology to detect bad money? The young woman, that took care of me was on the borderline of polite and not polite, she did not leave me satisfied with her explanations, and frankly, i am not sure if i will go back there.

I was under the impression that all taco bells were open til midnight or later....so I called at 1149 and they said they were closed....what is it with these taco bells they dont like to honor their agreement to drunken night walkers everywhere. The woman answering the phone was the racist person I have ever met....she told me to go back to my rice paddy. Never going there.

I love this place. Not just for food but the people. Every time I order the people are very friendly and nice. I do remember one time ordering during a busy time and it was a bit of a rush for them. An employee John was very upbeat and positive to the rest of the team. After the rush was over he had thanked everyone for a job well done.

I love that taco bell allows you to order on your phone its super convenient. What i dont understand is how this place can constantly screw up your order and not give you the right food or even all the food you order. It happens all the time if you go here DO NOT USE THE APP they will screw it up and rob you of a few bucks.

I mean...its Taco Bell. The restaurant is usually clean, staff is great - very friendly actually. If you want your expected Taco Bell food definitely come here. The dining area can be a little chilly in the winter months.

Only issue is AC system is causing a vacuum making entering very difficult to open door -people walk away thinking place is closed sitting and eating I watched many people walk away But staff is great

As far as Taco Bells go this is tops..very clean and friendly, and employs many youth from Boyertown. But seriously, dont make it a regular part if your diet, unless your health doesnt concern you.

Gotta love Taco Bell, this one is clean and food is good. I only had 1 long wait (out of several visits)was compensated with 2 apple pies and a cinnamon twist, I hadnt even complained.
