The best donuts! However, the young girl (last name Evans) working in the front ignored us and chatted with staff about their rings and tattoos. . .then waited on us. Then proceeded to make herself a coffee and drink it before finally giving us our order. Other staff had to ask if we needed help, but only one. At least 3 staff members need to be trained to properly handle customers. A line of customers were waiting behind us. 10 min later half the staff was still not "working".

What can I say? The donuts here are amazing! I have been eating them since I was 4 or 5. I thought they started out in Scranton. But, of course, they are from North Carolina. But, Jack Adcroft brought the amazingly delicious Krispy Kreme donut recipe to Scranton over 40 years ago and they have been the best donuts, hands down, America has ever known!

Very last KK before entering a NON-KK state i.e. NY. The hot and ready light was beaming red. Drive threw was super fast and the cashier was awesome. She recommend that we purchase the 2 dozen deal for $13.50. Only suggestion would be to improve the quality of their coffee ;( . It really isnt a high priority for the doughnut trip.

Great location, especially for me as I was traveling through. Easy on/off the highway. Ive gone three times to this location and the donut display is always full. Today I lucked out because the hot light was on. Nothing beats a hot off the press donut. Service is wonderful and fast as well.

Ignorant worker, I didnt want the hot donuts, I specifically asked for the ones in the case. I got the hot ones. Yes, she was stressed out from the rude customers before me, but she didnt have to be rude to me because of them. Best donuts ever, but employees need a meeting of the minds

There was a dead spider in my coffee, the drive thru attendant had to ask me what my order was three times and then I was barked at to "move along buddy" seconds after receiving my coffee. Terrible service and extreme lack of sanitation. Ruined this chain for me all together.

Great cup of coffee, delicious donut, and beautiful smile from my server Julia. They were knowledgeable about ingredients because I asked if there were eggs in the dough. Love seeing the tourists watch the donuts go through the oven. Thanks for the pit stop, guys!

Must have been an off night. Usually runs pretty good but tonight waited for 6 minutes at speaker. Then at least 10 minutes to get donuts (long enough to put the car in park). And then they didnt even remember our order. tsk tsk. But its okay. It happens!

I love Krispy Kreme dounuts they are very good and you can get fresh glazed dounuts warm and there is good coffee here and it is entertaining to see all of the different limited edition flavor like birthday cake and garideli square mint dounuts.

We would always stop here when dropping off or picking up my daughter from GS Camp in Archibald. If you hit it at the right time, the doughnuts are piping hot out of the oven. Even if you miss that, theyre still delicious!

Like Krispy Kreme but I picked the wrong doughnut today. Should have stuck with the original. But dont go by my wrong pick. The other 4 people with me obviously picked correctly. 9 doughnuts were gone in 10 minutes.

I dont get the hype behind the plain donut. Everything else is pretty good though. Customer service could use some work. Shouldnt have to stand for 7 minutes before being helped despite an empty front counter.
