First, let me state that I absolutely love True Blue. I have been a faithful customer since the opening of the Emmaus location. My experience this past Tuesday was much less than stellar. I am employed in the Emmaus strip mall, and, it was so hot & humid Tuesday night and I wanted a light dinner for my 30 minute break. I have the True Blue menu which advertises Take-Out. I called ahead and ordered the Falafel Patty apps, which is normally served over lettuce/greek salad with pita chips and sauce for $ 5.99 When I picked up my order, I was charged $ 5.99 + tax; there were 4 falafel patties in a styrofoam container, which had adhered itself to the patties; when I asked about the salad, the young lady said the order was correct, if I wanted the salad it was an additional $ 1.50. I didnt have time to press my point, however the menu clearly states the obvious. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bag ... no utensils whatsoever. The lovely $ 1.50 additional salad was rendered inedible. Pretty tough to eat cucumbers/tomatoes in dressing with ones fingers. Needless to say, I was MORE than disappointed. For these reasons, my rating is 2 stars. I would expect take out to be the same high quality as eat in dining.

My girlfriend and I come here all the time. This place is wonderful they have food for every type of person. My girlfriend and I are vegetarians and she also has a severe wheat allergy. They very easily accommodate her with no extra charge. All the food is very high quality, definitely recommend. My girlfriends father really enjoys the grilled lamb special.

Really enjoyed my lunch here. Everything was delicious and didnt have too much garlic, like at other Mediterranean restaurants in the area. The Turkish coffee was also really good and is something you cant find often in the Lehigh Valley. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

False advertising for the steak gyro. They stated that they place marinated pieces of steak when they use cheap steakum meat from a package. Steakum meat is for philly cheesesteaks and you can find this in any grocery store. This is very disappointing since its 10 dollars for a gyro with cheap meat inside. I will never go back here..

Even when I dont go in for a while, they always remember my face and greet me with a smile. Fantastic food, never disappointed. Coffee drinks are good too, as well as the homemade desserts. One of my favorite places to eat lunch or dinner in Emmaus, never a bad experience!

I ate cauliflower rice and a lentil dish (not soup) but lentils cooked with onions.(I do not know the name) I give both these dish a very high rating. Good place for vegan. Downside is that it closes early at 8pm and is closed on sundays as this is a family business.

Had the lamb gyro and it was delicious! Probably the best Ive had ever!! The service was fast and very friendly. The prices are also very affordable. Glad we stumbled across True Blue Mediterranean Cafe, I will definitely be back in the near future!

Had the lamb gyro and it was he best Ive ever had. I ordered two and ate both. The lamb was fresh and so juicy and tender. Also, great espresso drinks and authentic desserts and such. Very nice family running the restaurant.

Hands-down the best place to eat a quality lunch. Ive eaten at True Blue about a half-dozen times now and I leave thoroughly satisfied every time. Ziad, the owner, takes true pride his cafe - and he should!

Outstanding, surprising little place. One of the best gyros Ive ever had. Very nice decor, relaxing environment. Ask for the Arabic-style coffee - it is the best Ive had on this side of the Atlantic.
