I recently moved to the area about four months ago. I love Chinese, and you are the closest establishment near my home. As such, I have gotten into the habit of going to your restaurant for take-out approximately 2-3 times per month with an average $30-$50 order every time. My first experience with you was extremely negative, but I let it slide. Specifically, I placed an order that was going to be ready in about 15 minutes. After 25 minutes your establishment called me and asked (in a very derogatory tone) “where are you?”, and “are you coming to pick up the order?” I responded that I was and I would be there shortly. He stated “Oh well your food be cold, no complain.” That was STRIKE 1. The next few times I visited with no complaint, although the customer service and hospitality were negligible to non-existent. For example, when I requested hot sauce and duck sauce for my egg roll, the response was “I have no hot sauce, it in back.” I then requested he go get the hot sauce from the back; however this seemed to be an extremely huge request because it was done with a huff, a puff, a sigh, and total general dissatisfaction. STRIKE 2. During yet another visit, I had a coupon for $5 off the order. I gave the lady my coupon at the beginning of the checkout process and she conveniently “forgot” to take the coupon off the order. I admit defeat on this one, as I did not realize the mistake until I was home. The next day, I went in (with my receipt) and told the cashier that the coupon was never taken off. They refused to reimburse me the difference…so they gave me another coupon for the next time I came in. STRIKE 3. At this point, I was extremely hesitant to place the last order after all the difficulties.. I placed an order yesterday, and provided the coupon I was given a week and a half prior. The lady stated “sorry, coupon expired.” I calmly explained to her I received the coupon from the manager who forgot to ring the coupon, and I would appreciate it if she would honor it, or let me speak to the manager (the guy who made the mistake last time and gave me the new coupon). She said “no, you cannot speak to him, and no coupon.” Now that was the absolute last straw! Come on people, you are running a restaurant in the customer service industry! I am in there every other week placing about a $40 order every time! Do you seriously not want me as a customer? Are you making that fantastic of a business that you can forego a loyal and good customer? Let’s do the math…Let’s be conservative and say I order approximately $80 per month over 12 months….that’s about $1,000 per year. That is not something to push aside! I then related that if she did not honor the coupon I would not accept the order. She stated “Fine, I no Care.” Well, let me say this. I am now making it my mission to write a review on every website to inform individuals of your negligence, customer service, demeaning responses, derogatory attitude, and ridiculous operating procedures. I am horrified that your business remains open by the way you treat people, and I will never enter your establishment again. I will tell all my friends about what a horrible place you are, and my experiences there, and I will recommend the other numberous Chinese restaurant surrounding you such as China Wok and Joy Inn. How about this….China Wok actually honored YOUR coupon as a competitor!!!! That says something about how a business should be run! Take notes!

Since some think its ridiculous people comment on the service, they are in the service industry so yes its important and not ridiculous that people arent tended to in an acceptable amount of time, Ill comment on the food..I didnt have any issue with service and this was the second time my husband and i ordered take out, its just ok food, at best, worth the drive to Quakertown, this maybe the best Chinese food in Pennsburg because there arent many. The egg rolls are ok, Beef lo Mein tastes like fish and the won ton is horrible, I dont know how you mess up won ton. Honestly, Ill just maybe go back for egg rolls thats it, other then that take the drive or skip Chinese youll thank me.

Went here with my boyfriend for a quick, cheap lunch and that was about what we got. Decor was nice and open with a little sushi bar in the back and a fish tank in the front. We ordered lunch specials and our soup came out quick. Too quick--the centers of my wontons were cold. We ordered 8 dumplings--thats 4 per person, I know this is advanced stuff so keep up with me--and we got 7. Our main dishes were fine and came out quick. Their complementary tapioca at the end of the meal did not in fact compliment anything...it was watered down broth with gel balls and flavorless. I give it a 3 to be generous and because the employees seem stressed and like they need a good vacation.

After a long spell of not going here after getting several sub par rolls we finally came back a month ago. Today was the second time...Last time we had to go back because the order was incorrect, which we luckily caught before got too far down the road. Today was the second time. We opened our sushi when we get home and were greeted by a foul smell. I broke open the tuna roll to investigate further and the tuna had white slime on it and reeked and I mean REEKED. This will be the last time we went there, what a shame that they let the place get so far down hill! We used to be huge fans, but it seems as their custom grew their quality dwindled!

NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I have been going here for 2 years and have seen a steady decline in hospitality and quality of service, not to mention speed. The food is still fair to adequate, but after getting into multiple arguments with the guy behind the counter, I will never go there again! Expect a long wait, empty drinks, hostile attitudes, and unwelcomeness. Phrases like "what do you want" "well youre wrong" and "what do you want me to do about it" should also be anticipated. Go there if you want, just dont say I didnt warn you!

HORRIBLE- HORRIBLE- HORRIBLE! If I could give less I would. We were there on a Thursday night. After we were seated the waiter must have walked past us 6 times without even stopping . Finally I flagged him down and he took our drink order. He brought that back fairly quickly. 20 minutes later I had to flag him down to take our food order. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes NO drink refills, NO appetizers, NO ANYTHING!!!! We walked out! Shame on us for waiting so long. Will never go back again.

If you like to spend lots of money and be treated like absolute crap while feeling as if you are inconveniencing the owners, please visit this establishment. By the way the owners all drive big black Mercedes while you wait over 30 minutes waiting for your food while the only guy in the store it seems takes phone order after phone order while you stand there holding your credit card waiting to pay. Please dont make these jerks richer than they already are, avoid at all costs.
