Ok you must have already been to 5 Guys so why a review? For one thing this one is different. Most 5G you order fries and they are overflowing hot and delicious. They have the malt vinegar like a fish and chips shop. The cardboard fry box is merely a suggestion. So they stay fresh and hot. Nothing is worse than cold fries. If they go stale you have to throw them away. So timing is everything, you need a steady stream of customers. So it was good when the order waits on the timing. And there are the peanuts to keep busy. Oddly the busier the 5G is, the faster one gets the food. The all you can condiment is a critical part of the 5G experience. So you figure the staff has figured out the corporate story and theres no difference in the teamwork. But in this 5 Guys the employees were fresh from some customer relations training because they were overly friendly! Not a bad thing, just different.

Im giving the location on Ridge 3 stars. The burger gets 5 stars, but you guys are skimping on the fries.. I ordered a regular and received an under filled small.. And this location has a small box of peanuts on the counter where people pick up their burgers? And you have the napkins out of reach of customers by the fryer? Your management is showing their hand, its a great place but stop trying to save pennies, or Ill go to a different location because I love your burgers.

Friday night my boyfriend and I went to this location, I asked for the bacon cheeseburger with extra cheese, mayo, lettuce,pickles, mushroom and a1. We get home had NO mushrooms they gave me fried onions instead. How do you get that mixed up? We always come here, and this is the first time they messed up our order.

Food is always great and the employees here are awesome. Sometimes I feel the wait is a little too long at lunch, but I understand because its always made fresh and its a busy part of the day.
