Big shout out to Panera for making my day SO much brighter!! It hadnt been off to a good start but, a wonderful, friendly (and VERY understanding) staff member at Panera went above and beyond. Id placed my order for Rapid pick-up", went in and didnt see the coveted iced caramel coffee that I thought Id ordered. It wasnt on my receipt so, obviously, it was my mistake that it wasnt there. My immediate reaction was that it was just par for the course - seeing as I was already not enjoying my day. Guess what? She made one for me! With whipped cream!! Total turn around for my afternoon. Seriously. That one gesture went a very long way and I want to say Thank You for your kindness!

Very Friendly, food is always fresh. Close to work so I can order online and pickup in 5 10 minutes. Make sure you check visit them on Tuesdays they have Dozen bagels for 6.99 which are worth every penny. The bakery is always fresh, the deserts are amazing. The Green Tea is by far the best tasting, and now they offer free refills on the Tea, and Lemonade.

The worse experience ever. I pa almost 13 dollar for a cold sandwich with out the freezer boils egg and tomatoes. Also I ask for mayo and the put mustard. I ask for white bread and they give me integral. Soup was on point but brother 6 dollars for small Soup smaller coffee cup. This the last time I come to any Panera. Nyc is way cheaper to get food.

good food and beverage. nice people. very busy around lunchtime but service is decent with staying on top of it. I do not like the "tip" option that is given upon every order payed with a card and must choose "Yes", "No" or denomination of preferred tip. this is of course before you receive any product or service.

The geese! This Panera is as good as any. What improves it is the side not facing the parking lot, where visitors can watch the Monocacy Creek flow past. The creek has nesting Canada geese in season. Update on 07/20: how can a restaurant not consistently have Tabasco sauce? Minus one star to only four.

The bagels from Panera are great! We got a dozen bagels for our staff - they all tasted fresh, were sliced for us, came with delicious cream cheese, and all the napkins and knives we needed were included. The service was great too - just call them the night before if you need more than 2 dozen bagels.

Check you order before u go on Highway! Food is great as any other other panera, but place is well under health and clean standards, and order packing is not accurate. Plus having a spoons in the bag for soups in to go bag would be nice as well.

Pamelas food isnt bad, but over priced. Staff at this location is okay and arent offensive to customers, but they dont seem to really care about customer service beyond being a warm body.

Who does not fall in love with Paneras????? This is, by far, the most satisfying place for breakfast or lunch in the Lehigh Valley. And, the staff ALWAYS treats you like a guest.
