First time going here from out of town. Went with two of my employees after an auction at a local recommendation. We ordered the Seafood platter, a bacon cheddar cheeseburger and the Veal Marsala with an appetizer of calamari. I was the one who got the veal. The plate looked great, it came with medallions of veal, when I ate the first medallion it just did not taste good, it tasted like the meat had gone bad. I tried the second medallion and it was fine, good even, then tried one bite of the third and it was the worst yet, almost rancid. I called the waitress over and asked her to take it away, she offered to have them correct it and I said just bring me a hot dog. When we got the bill she said they were having problems with their computer so they did not charge me for the hot dog and gave us a 15% discount. But... they kept the veal at 17.99 on the bill. The discount came to a few cents over $8. I told her, I did not think that was right, there is no way they charge $10 for a hot dog. She said that is what he did and pointed to the cashier. I told her no problem, I would talk to him. I went up and talked to him and he said his manager told him to only give a discount because I ate the majority of the meal. (No where near, two medallions and a bite of the third.) I told him I hadnt and he started arguing saying yes you did, I saw your plate, there are supposed to be 8 medallions and there were only three on the plate. Bottom line... I know I sent a full plate back they just out right called me a liar, and on the way home (2 1/2 hour drive home) physically got ill. He offered to have me talk to his manager on the phone, but when he picked up the phone, but when he did the intro with the guy who complained about the veal that he ate the majority of that I told you about, I told them to forget it, I would just go ahead and post something here instead. So... I paid the whole bill and left a large tip for the waitress and now get to voice my disgust here. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Or customer care? To be fair, the other two meals were fine and my cohorts enjoyed them. There was just something wrong with the veal and they chose not to believe me in it or take care of it properly.

I went there and its the most horrible place to eat. I would not recommend anyone to eat there. The service was horrible and after someone finally came and got our order the food was horrible. Asked to speak to a manager and they were just as rude and uncaring as the waitress we had. I overheard the workers talking loudly about other customers in a very bad way making fun of them. We still ended up having to pay for food we never even ate and waited a good 40 minutes to even get in the first place. Our drinks never got refilled even. The waitress basically put our food on the table and left and never even came back to check on us. On top of everything else I went to use the restroom before we left and a worker was in there clearly doing some kind of drug in there by the noise she was making and all the sniffle sounds she kept making. Then left out without even washing her hands! That totally turned me off from ever going there again! If the workers dont wash there hands after using the restroom or whatever they are doing in there makes you wonder how clean the cooks there are. I will never ever give them my business again and would not recommend anyone to ever eat there. Definitely the worst experience all around I ever had at a diner!! When I got home I called to speak to the owner and was asked what its regarding so I told them a little bit about the bad service and the lady Tracy who answered just hung up on me! Im going to contact the better business beauro on them. They should be checked for cleanliness and shut down

Service was AWFUL! OVERPRICED for the quality of food you get. Not normal good old fashioned diner food.We got seated, the girl who seated us brought our drinks. Then we wait...and wait...and wait...then finally a girl walks up, no hi how are you, no greeting at all, just are you ready to order. And it wasnt busy at all with waitresses standing around chatting We put in an appetizer order for calamari, it was definitely frozen food heated up. Not homemade and did not look like calamari. We placed our order. Then we wait and wait and wait again. Then finally she comes with our entrees forgetting our salads. Asked if we wanted them boxed I told her forget it. The food was AWFUL! Potatoes were cold and crusty and bland. Broccoli overcooked. Entree was nothing to write home about either. The girl barely came to check on us and seemed to be bothered that she had to serve us. When we go to pay the dude at the counter did not speak to us at all. Usually they ask how the food is etc. Nada. Took my payment then laid my receipt and card on counter and thats it. No have a nice night thanks for coming. NOTHING! We had poor food and service here before but thought it was just a one time bad experience. Well its not. This place is awful and they will never get my money again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the bad experiences.

Just ate there, my girlfriend is currently having terrible stomach pain and is holding back vomit. She had the chicken alfredo. The sauce was tastless and almost like water (i tryed it). I had the "prime rib" which was about 60 percent raw fat and 40 percent undercooked beef. The homefrys that came with it were extremely dry and tasted overwhelmingly of expired butter. Told the server what was wrong and she didnt even offer to get a manager or to take any of the two overpriced dishes off of the check which only had 3 or 4 bites taken out of each and still managed to make my girlfriend extremely sick. The table of teenagers screaming and laughing obnoxiously the whole time while other tables looked in shock and awe while the employees just sat there and watched didnt help at all either..

Showed up at 10:30 on a sunday morning, restaurant less than half full they wouldnt seat us til our whole party arrived. I asked if we could sit and get started because we wanted to get the kids (5 and 6) fed, they were starving and they refused. Ive been in the restaurant business over 30 years and I have never been tuned away for something so ridiculous. Lost potential party of 8, good tippers and good customers who live local.

Never again.... 1st time we tried this place, food was gross. We decided to give them a try a year latet. 2nd time there they turned us away at the door because our entire party was not in the building yet with empty tables throughout. Go suck it Aston Diner. I dont think you will be in business much longer. Judging by a half empty restaurant on a Sunday morning, the food must still be gross.
