Best place. All the other Java Crew are good in general, but THIS one always hits the spot to the point that I want to come here 10 times a day if a could! Not only that but the service is such great quality. I one time went for some coffee, and the young lady asked how my day was. Of course I was going to say "Im great!" But for some reason this young lady saw threw me and told me everything was going to be alright soon enough. I cannot ever explain how much I needed to hear that. Reason why I never go anywhere else! Friendly service EXTREMELY fast Great taste What else could you want?

I wont buy my coffee anywhere else but Java Crew. We have two Starbucks, a Dutch Bros, and several fast food options, as well as Java Crew here in West Salem, Java Crew, is ALWAYS my go to coffee stop! Their coffee has a wonderful smooth, rich flavor. No awful bitter, burnt taste like Starbucks and Dutch. They also have some of the best chai I have ever tasted. The staff here in West Salem, is Always pleasant and helpful, and their prices, are great compared to the competition in the area. We are blessed here in West Salem, to have Java Crew!!

You guys make the best coffee drinks! All your competitors cant come close to what I usually order. And your staff is amazing. Always friendly and cheerful. Also to add... I recently went to the Vista location and Amy remembers when I use to drop by the West Salem location, which was a few years back from when she had worked there. Absolutely best place to have a coffee on the go. They provide really good service. I was in the drive thru and wanted to place an order but due to loud noise of the truck ahead of me Morgan could not hear me. So i placed an order at the window and she dint charge me anything. I think coffee worth ($2) nothing when you can win someone in 2 second. Thanks again! :) :)

I LOVE the crew here, always friendly! They are a great addition to your morning routine or afternoon pick-me-up. They even remembered me enough to ask how work is, and how my job interview went! It wouldnt even matter that the coffee is delicious (it really, really is, like heaven in a cup), thats just an extra bonus, thats how great these ladies are.

I drink caramel lattes. I pull up they say see you up here over the speaker and then make me the best Damn caramel latte there is! The trick is in their caramel. I wont share the secret. The girls are always friendly and dont overdo anything.... Think Dutch with real coffee and more pleasant baristas! Love this Crew

I stop almost every morning on my commute and the crew is AWESOME! I dont have to ask for my regular drink and it is always consistent and excellent. Its nice getting to know the team members, they always make a bad morning better and a fine morning great!!!

I dont live near this location I go to the Keizer location normally but I am moving out and I will be stopping by here more often, I have never had an issue with any of them, they are always nice and the price is good. Cant wait to stop by more often
