Have been there three times once on the day it opened, service was was understandably slow portions on the macNcheese are small for the price but it was good. Came back again with family expecting a way different experience. Which we did not get... When we were finally seated we sat at a table the server didnt bring waters, after 15 minutes i went to the bar got my own drinks.. Mean while the server is busy bussing tables rather than bringing silverware and drinks .. While i was getting my own drinks for the family, i watched the bar and the utter chaos.. Bartenders were under each others feet, a server had a plate of macNcheese and was going from table to table asking who it belonged to.. When it all comes down to it i think for sure the staff has noticeably inexperienced it is honestly the owner or managers fault she had no direction for her staff. I think the staff was doing the best that they could. Some experienced people to lead the way is really needed. To make a long story short we went to the sundowners before they even came to take our order.

4 star on atmosphere, 3 on food (very basic, no extraordinarily culinary experience here, and prices reflect a better experience) 2 on customer experience (server seams like she would rather be some place else) ***main suggestion, put a beer menu at the table. There are 2 main beer menus in the bar, which I love! BUT I dont know what my options are when Im sitting and even if I have an idea I say the name of the beer and the waitress needs to know what number (The taps are not by name but by number from the menu). FLAW. I dont want to get up and figure it out. Also, the food could use a face lift. Basic doesnt stay in business.

Great new look. I heard the demo crew worked 16 hrs a day gutting the place. Awesome waitresses; Michael is a 5 star culinary chef; new owners are marketing geniuses.They even got the original white horse back on the roof. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Went in for dinner, took 5 minutes to get a menu, 10 minutes more, no service, so I walked out. Not the first time the service was slow and/or poor. Done with this place.
