Worst Dutch Bros ever. I tried going to the one on Kane but their wait time is always a minimum of 10 minutes. I have a newborn who cries whenever we stop so I cant spend the time waiting. Went out of my way to go to this one. I pulled up and was happy to see there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Then a barista came out and I thought "great, hes coming to take my order so it goes even faster". He then tells me I turned into their drive through wrong, at this point hes woken up my baby whose now crying. Instead of taking my order, and letting me know for next time how to pull in, he informs me i have to get out and go to the back of the line which is now 5 cars waiting! So now I was the 8th car back, and they took FOREVER. I ended up getting out of my car and soothing my baby for 10min before the line even moved. Dutch Bros needs to figure out how to not take so long to make a cup of coffee, until then Ill go back to Starbucks.

I LOVE "Dutch" !!! They met the basics.....right. Good coffee. Thats why you came right? What do I think? Fantastic coffee!!! I have been drinking coffee for 45 years and they consistently make the best cup I have ever had. The other reason I keep coming back is the wonderful attitude Dutch employees have. NONE of that snobby crap attempting to make sure you know how lucky you must be to be allowed in that snooty joint. Dutch employees always present a warm and cheerful attitude. They make an amazing effort to remember what drink you like (they get it right MOST of the time!) and ask about you day. This happens at every place my wife and I have been (we love Dutch so much we seek them out when we travel). Go check em out. Good prices, great people, best coffee.

Coffee is great, employees are always friendly, however, out of all the Dutch Bros Ive been to, this is the worst in terms of speed of service. They simply dont know how to work a line and keep it moving consistently, every time. Seriously. Thirty minutes to work through 5 cars seems to be the norm here... unacceptable. This place is a business, and while its great to be friendly and personable to customers, it is not a social club. I dont go there to have a conversation with a barista. Regardless, I still swing through when the line isnt long because I dont like sitting in my car for thirty minutes waiting for coffee. Those times I simply hit up Starbucks. Hit or miss. It is what it is. 5 stars for the coffee, 1 star for the service=3 stars.

It blows my mind that people continue to come here. I cannot tell you how many times I have waited over 15 minutes, still the 4th person in line, and just left without coffee. I swear, they average 15-20 minutes per car- its ridiculous and terrible time management. Im going to start driving to a further DB because it will actually save me time and gas in the long run...or I will just go elsewhere, I like Black Rock coffee. If I were management, I would be making some serious changes.

Service at this one is much slower than ANY other Dutch Bros Ive been to (in like all of Oregon.) They need a bigger space to work, or a second one nearby. And the people working here are never as friendly as many weve been to. (Working condition? Expectations?) And finally, you will wait. A long time. Once, we waited half an hour. Why, I dont even know. We were talking, but finally looked at how long it had been. Jeez loueez. Another one need to open nearby for sure!

I love Dutch Bros. The place has a home town feel and not over hyped up coffee shop feel like some of the competitors. The employees are always friendly there and the coffee drinks are great. My Daughter finds plenty of non coffee drinks as well. She talks about several non menu items you have to know about to order. Their prices are more reasonable than most of the other chain stores as well

They have great tasting coffee. Much bigger and cheaper drinks than Starbucks. We have been given free large drinks and they have good service. Their speed of service is fine, other people just like to complain. I mean its the only one in Gresham and its always so busy, so of course it wont be super fast. Any faster and their drinks would taste crappy just like fast food.

This is easily the slowest Dutch Ive ever been to. Just a bunch of teens that goof off. We were sitting at the window for half an hour while they talked instead of making our 4 drinks. Seriously half an hour. At. The. Window. Already ordered and everything. Their manager needs to reevaluate his shop and employees.

Consistent! We need more locations! Starbucks can be inconsistent with how they make things, Dutch Bros makes it right EVERY time. :)! They are always nice too, I have been going for years and yet to have a bad experience in anyway. :)!

I love the drinks, but the wait time here is horrible. With six people working in the building that we could see, there is no reason why the wait time should be 35 minutes plus. Wont be coming to this location again.

Coffee good but this is by far the slowest Dutch bros ive been too. I usually have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes before getting to the window. several times ive had to leave because of the long wait.

This location has twin drive thrus but unfortunately no walk up window, so its definitely not for the vehicularly challenged. But its Dutch Bros. If you like em and can sit in a car, youll be happy.

The very best, most friendly employees of any Dutch Brothers! Both the taste and price are superior to Starbucks...and I worked in a Starbucks kiosk for 6 years. I will never go back to Starbucks!
