A friend of mine and I stopped in on our bikes and spent around $30 including buying hot sandwiches which we ate in a sit down part of the market. They refused to give us any water, either for our bottles or with our meal even though they have a sink right behind the counter and we were fine with that. They instead said they only sell bottled water. What kind of place serves food but has no water for customers? I honestly have never experienced this before in my life in America. The sandwiches were good but we probably wont be stopping here anymore..

Nice local gas station doubling as a diner with a limited menu options. They barbecue day in and day out - wings, chicken thighs and ribs. Sides of macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Decently priced. Limited parking. Knocking off a star for the fact that they dont have a toilet just an outside porter potty (in not so good of a shape).

BBQ galore! Pulled pork, beef ribs, tri-tip, chicken, sausage... Great prices for delicious food. This all plus a quaint setting makes for a classic gorge stopover for this family.

Awesome historical landmark. Present day conveniences, with early 1900s charm. Lots of unique nostalgia from the local area. Ask to see the Fulgurite.
