Absolutely disappointing experience. I had high hopes for Bar 145/Reset, as someone who grew up playing in arcades I was excited by the prospect of replaying favorite classics in a bar environment. Reset had many great games, however many of the side scroller brawlers (X-Men and Simpsons) had broken controls making enjoyable game play impossible. Even though some of the games had problems it is something that I can look past, what I cannot understand however was the horrible customer service. My friends and I experienced problems with the self serve draft taps. First the card stopped working when there was still $6.07 remaining balance, then after loading another $20 onto the card it did not show the updated amount. Having to consult the bar tender three times to fix a problem was a time consuming process. When we eventually got a table I placed an order for a cup of chili and a burger as well as a glass of water. While waiting approximately forty minutes for my cup of chili I asked the waitress two times for my undelivered glass of water. After finally receiving our meals around the fifty minute mark I reminded the waitress for a third time that I was still waiting on a cup of water. Fifteen minutes into my meal I finally received my requested water. Never have I seen such poor service at a burger restaurant.

This place as fallen quite far. Its quite sad, i remember when this place first opened up it was one of the coolest places in Toledo, however each time i come back(been here 8 times in 2 years) it has just gotten worse and worse. The buns are cheap and stale, I feel like im getting yesterdays bread every time i get a burger. While the meat, cheese, etc are always up to par, the buns lack, and its rather disappointing. and its evident they have moved to cheaper ingredients My biggest sadness come from the change of sides. every side used be an awesome artisan dish, however as of late this no longer the case, The "Truffle" fries are now simply a bowl of what are essentially "Mcdonalds" style fries with some seasoning on them. The Mac & Cheese is perhaps the most bland thing i have ever had. The beer selection is nice, and the bar tenders are nice (most of the wait staff are pretty great) however the last 2 times i have gone to have dinner there later in the night there were almost fights, i mean i have been in inner city dive bars with less violence. After 10pm this place almost feels like a dive bar to be honest. All this being said, its still a decent restaurant, and worth a visit if your in the area. I hope one of these days this place gets back to its former glory

Cramped space, no room to wait but in front of the door in everyones way. Got seated pretty quick though. Server was real nice and polite. Ordered our food, came out in a timely manner. My wifes food was wrong, missing items and a few added that werent asked for. The waitress said sorry and took it back. It took 20 minutes before she brought back her food, Mean while, I waited to eat so she didnt have to eat alone, so by the time her food was fixed mine was cold. Never once saw a manager, never saw the waitress after the food came back, was never asked if everything was o.k. or not after. what looked to be a manager and a cook and other staff standing around doing nothing but talking and phone checking. For my first time there, it was pretty disappointing. Could have had a better time at Red Robins for the same price. There will not be a second trip in my near future. I work in the service industry, have for over 15 years, in restaurants and in customer service. A manager should have been told of the problem, should have came by the table to see how things were doing and should have informed us of our meals time and brought it out themselves. Nice job.

I went there using a Groupon and I really enjoyed it. The lunch menu had some great choices on it and it was hard to choose what to eat. The Scottish egg was better than advertised. I decided to make my own burger and it was deliciously made. Never had duck confit on a burger but at bar 145, why not. The meatloaf is tempting, so is the chicken and waffles. Like I said so many choices I wish I could eat them all at once but Ill have to make multiple visits. I went during lunch while the NCAA conference tournaments were on and the atmosphere was good. They have bands that play to. I didnt experience it on this visit but theyll probably do that right to.

THE BEST BURGERS in Toledo. You can build your own burger however you like, and they also have suggested burgers on their menus. You can choose from having a Salmon burger, Bison Burger, and Kobe Beef. Once you choose your meat, there are so many toppings that you can get with it, its almost unreal! There are a lot more options than most other places that server burgers! The burgers are amazing, and they have a ton of beer, whiskey, and bourbon to choose from. Right next door is Reset, an arcade bar where you can play the arcade games as long as youre drinking, and theyre both connected, so you dont have to walk outside to get over to Reset.

Highly recommended! Despite what people may say about Toledo, there is really some great food here outside of the national chains which I tend to avoid. Bar 145 is an excellent addition to the Toledo dining tradition. I have loved everything Ive ever ordered from this favorite burger joint (ok, so Ive never ordered anything BUT a burger). The on menu selection changes, but Ive enjoyed every one of those in addition to my "build-your-own" creations. The sides are also wonderful (truffle fries, Brussels sprouts, green bean fries, wow!) I would definitely recommend Bar 145 over the competitor down the street.

Trendy restaurant on Monroe street. This restaurant struggles with inconsistency. The make your own burgers are quite good with loads of items that you can order to make a burger to your taste. My wife used to like the truffle fries but the chef changed the fries to a different style. And she used to like the tempura fried green beans, which came with a sweet chili dipping sauce. But now they dump the sauce right onto the fried green beans which makes the crunchy tempura batter all soggy. Bar 145 also has some good mixed drinks and a pretty good selection of beers; craft and domestic.

Terrible service, will not b back. No silverware and ordered salad, had to go find our own. Took long time to get food, but never saw waitress to order another drink while waiting After she finally brought burgers, ordered drinks, didnt get them until way done eating. Wont be back and wont recommend. Wait staff there needs some serious training in customer service skills. Cant remember when we ever had such poor service. Food was pretty good, but not that good for the price. Way better burgers & service @ 2 locations just down the road

Amazing food, especially, their custom made hamburgers! And yes, they do have custom seafood and vegan option sandwiches too! At 9p or so, it turns from a modern gastro pub restaurant to a hip popular bar / dance venue. They are known to have very good cover bands on the weekends & during the week top 40 dance music with the crowd ranging from 21 - 35 years old. There is no cover during the week, but I think its $5 in the weekend at night. Super fun place and great atmosphere, especially for a bachelor or bachelorette party!
