I loved this place until my last experience. I had strep throat and needed smoothies to help calm the irritation, in an effort to limit my time away from home I called in my order and told them I would be there in less than 10 minutes to pick it up. Upon arriving my drinks werent ready as promised--not too infuriating. However, after almost 15-20 minutes of waiting and watching everyone else--including those who were in line behind me--recieve their drinks was incredibly irritating. It wasnt until I went to the counter and asked about my TWO drinks that were called in and paid for that they realized someone had made the drinks and had been sitting around for some time. The tops of the smoothies were completely melted, no one apologized for making me wait that long or for the confusion, no offer to remake the clearly old drinks, nothing. I would not suggest using their call in service or the app.

The food was good, but the guy (not sure of his name) at the front counter made my girlfriend very uncomfortable!! I was not there at the time, but she told me that he kept staring at her and was complimenting her features. I was very irritated when I heard this, and it sickens me to think that he is probably married! I will not go back here as long as he is still employed!! Just a warning to all you girls, this guy is a creep!

We try to go to tropical smoothie anytime we go on road trips. So we have been to a few tropical smoothies and have loved them all, but this is our home base tropical smoothie. We love the food and smoothies, great service always kind and polite, and for it being on the small side its so nice (tropical) and refreshing. We try to go as much as possible!

Their app goes down frequently, and corporate knows. When you store payment information in the app, an their app goes down they will refuse service. Corporate knows how I was treated and did nothing for me. Not any way to treat a loyal customer. They NEED to find a way to process payments when their app goes down. Unacceptable!

This is the only location to go to! Ive tried all the other tropical smoothie locations, and they all taste different. This is the only location that makes my smoothie the best. I always get the Triple Berry Oat- its the best smoothie in my opinion. They make it perfect- every time.

Great place. Being that I love smoothies I come here almost daily. Smoothies are top quality, service is great. Only have had some of their food. Its pretty good, but if you are looking for food Id recommend other places. Their smoothies though are great!

Lately Ive been very disappointed in multiple tropical smoothies, it seems like they are using way to much ice and there is basicly no flavor In them anymore. I used to love getting a great and flavorful smoothie but now its like Im wasting my money. :(

A little disappointing they now leave out to-go smoothies/orders on the counter baskets for pick-up, It was all melted like water consistency. Would prefer it in the fridge, cold and away from other customers hands as well. :-(

I went to a Tropical Smoothie in Knoxville, and it was far superior to this one. Menu is about 1/2 of the other one; interior was dirty and bland; and the food was just ok.
