Usually when I go to a Starbucks, I get treated like just any other person. But at this Starbucks when someone in front of me in line appears to be non-Christian or non-white, I get my drink prepared before them and the other white people behind me in line also get the same treatment. Being at this location is like taking a time machine back to the 1950s when people were institutionally segregated. I even told corporate about this happening numerous times, and they clearly dont mind because they dont do anything about it. So if your KKK rally or Neo Nazi convention needs a caffeinated jump start before you burn crosses in peoples yards or throw rocks at synagogues consider using this place to hold your next meeting.

I sit here and work quite a bit. It was much better in the summer when you could find a seat. Now that schools in, the place is constantly packed. The staff does a great job of getting you in and out quickly though. I really like the majority of the workers here and some of them know me as a regular now. My one complaint is the temperature upstairs. It is always about twenty degrees warmer up there and its hard to sit comfortably. Still, a nice homely location where I can find focus away from home if needed.

Dont come here looking for that genuine sbux experience. Most of the baristas are so sweet but there are at least 3 that are almost always working and they are some of the most unpleasant ppl Ive ever met. The service here just isnt that great, Ive had 1 drink made right in the dozens of times Ive been here. Ive given up on them, hope you have better luck if you go.

Great Starbucks food and drinks, and a wonderful location and building. However, the staff was loud and rude, which ruined the atmosphere, as they seemed to make sure you could hear them throughout the entire place. I have stopped in this Starbucks a couple dozen times, and it would be a marvelous shop with new management and staff!

The person at the end of the line (Making and handing out drinks) had a really shi**y attitude, and knowingly gave me the wrong drink which I didnt notice until I arrived at work. So she gave two people the wrong drinks. Ill go somehwere else for my drinks in the future. You should really hire people who care about their work,

I like the fact that it has a great second floor area that is great for studying, only issue is that it is so packed you usually cannot sit down somewhere. The staff are a great redeeming factor to the flaws it has, but cant really do anything about, without a demolition or relocation.

Hardly any ever espresso in drinks - its just a hot chocolate at that point. Other Starbucks knows how to make their espresso and coffee drinks right (by putting espresso/coffee in them). Go to Scribbles or Tree City instead

Very comfortable location near the university. The store is clean and features a upper level with plush chairs and ample outlets along the perimeter. The Wi-Fi, provided by Google is snappy sand easy to connect to.

The Vanilla Bean frap is particularly tasty. This particular Starbucks is in an old building that looks rather like a German bakery, which is neat, but means there is no drive through.
