Ordered an ice cream birthday cake on Monday February 1st. Showed up today to pick it up and they were clueless. Cake was not there. They tried to say the email confirmation stated to call the store. It did not. We actually had the confirmation right there. Staff was rude trying to blame us. Birthday ruined because there was no cake. Take a hint Buddy Gloekner, close it down. Your staff sucks and because of them so does your store. I will make sure everyone knows how this store is sub par and to take an extra 5 minutes to go to Wellsville instead.

A must stop for lunch. I read all these negative reviews and dont see a problem here. Food was hot even after I finished my Sunday. Fries were very crispy. The staff was pleasant. My only guess is its the time of service, the long waits might be after a large crowd or during a short staff. Either way Ive always gotten good food and good service here thats why its my must stop for lunch.

It ice cream on a hot summer day, but when I order a chocolate and vanilla dipped cone thats what I expect. 1st they brought me a half n half not dipped. Then the corrected order was not right either I got a vanilla dipped it was to late to do anything as we went thru drive thru

On several occasions I would order food and I would get it cold. Many of the workers were rude and others were treated unfairly. As someone who knew a former employee, I can say that despite the yummy blizzards and semi decent food, this place is horrible.

Stood in line for ever. Then we up to get my ice cream after we was done eating our meal. And waited for over 20 minutes after i already told them what i was waiting for. They need more adults working there insted of so many teenagers.

Service tends to be slow.Needs better management to keep the kids working in line and coordinated,tend to look a little scattered and sometimes like bickering siblings.Otherwise foods good and restaurant is always clean.

Eh. Unless your starving, kust go for the ice cream. Staff was incredibly slow. I was watching our order on the monitor.... It took almost 7 minutes for service...it was a chicken sandwich.

Great, fast, good, and clean. You can flip the blizzards upside down like on the commercials. I stop here on my way to Youngstown Ohio. I would give give stars but thats unrealistic.

Smoothies are great! Icecream is good. Not a fan of their food and I hate how they got rid of cheese sticks for their ripoff cheese curds. Or whatever they call them.
