Worst customer service ever! I been to Mi Lis a couple times ordering their pho dish, every time it seem to just decline. The meat quality is very poor, more fat than anything, very cheap with all the ingredients. Yesterday I went there with my friend and that will be the very last time they have my service. So I ordered my usual pho once again, very poor quality pho. Nothing but fat meats, way too much broth to cover up very little portion of noodles and meat. My friend order a rice dish, she found a hair in it! We immediately told the waitress about it she mumbled to her manager (red haired short hair style) in Vietnamese language, took the plate from us without no apologies. About 10 minutes later the waitress brought over a new plate which turned out to be fine. Then the check came we were both surprised they did not compensate her what so ever. So my friend asks for a discount the waitress and I quote " NO, NO DISCOUNT WE GAVE YOU FOOD NO DISCOUNT! " Yelling so that everyone in the restaurant hears her. My friend paid the bill of course and we left. I will never be returning here ever. Very unprofessional how they handled the situation and poor business management.

my friends and showed up to have some sandwhiches for the first time, and we knew it was late but there was still 40 minutes before closing, and the lady behind the counter told us they were closing and we couldnt be served...a friend of mine mentioned that all we wanted was afew cold sandwhiches and so they seated us, but when we started ordering, they were either out of it or they werent willing to warm things for us..as we were ordering the cook came out which looked to be this woman in her mid 50s giving us a mean stare..they just made us feel like we were wasting their time and they didnt want our business...so we just called it a day, said it was ok and left...needless to say we never went back..

OK....so if youd had a bad experience with eating at Huong because their bun bo hue or pho tasted bland and lacked ingredients, come HERE! Yes, im bashing on the terrible bun bo hue that Huong restaurant offers. I must say, this place is ten times more authentic than Indochine, Buckeye Pho, and other pho places in Columbus. Ive tried all. If you are looking to skip those bland and americanized joints, come experience actual Viet food. Not the best, but best the Columbus has to offer I would say. Only problem? you leave with a smell on you. Literally have to wash my clothes to get that food smell off. The air in there smell like this.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! I would give this place no stars if I could, not only was the service piss poor, but there was a cockroach in my Pho. This is my first time ever leaving a remark on a restaurant and for good reason. We politely asked if we could just leave because we hadnt even tasted it yet and the waitress verbally harassed us about leaving and was talking crap about us to the staff and other native speakers about us. After asking if we needed to pay for anything she avoided eye contact until my husband went over to a different person to try to cash out. We left 45 mins later.

My friend reccomended this restaurant to me and ever since ive been loving it, their meat balls in their pho is delicious and have amazing flavor. They give you; lime, mint, cilantro, and two types of onion(white oniom and wild green onion) which adds more flavor to the broth, they serve bubble tea and other assortments of drinks, their cappucino bubble tea is delicious. You can get a bowl of pho enough fill you up and a cappucino bubble tea for around $13.00.

Good pho and good bahn mi. Water can out first and quickly but it took a short time before our server came to take our order. Not a big deal to me as it gave me time to look over the menu. Once we ordered, the food came out quick. Vegetarian pho and veggie bahn mi. Both were very good. I also had mango bubble tea which was very good. They dont seem to be in a hurry to take your check so we paid at the counter. Overall I was very satisfied.

I went in with some friends who had told me about the place and how much I would love it and I must say they were absolutely correct, Mi Lis exceeded everything my friends said it would be. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional and I would suggest this restaurant to anyone who enjoys or wants to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I am talking my family to enjoy this restaurant.

Food is good!! The service is great . Is a good alternative. They have vegetarian MI Li Cafe that is always my main issue. I really dont like they charge for the extra broth. Is less than a half cup for 2.50 is ridicolous!! I really want to like this place because is very close to my place , the staff is very friendly and its a nice restaurant.

I would give half a star if I could. Have had maybe one ok experience there. The food is good , that is not the problem. Its every time I get to go and NEVER get what I ordered. When I eat in , I found a hair in my sub. And got attitude that it may have been my own hair . Never returning.

There were four of us we got a some rolls, rice combo dish, Vietnamese subs, and a noodle bowl. Everything was delicious and served quickly by a friendly waitress. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. The prices were very reasonable. I will be back.

Great authentic Vietnamese food and definitely a hidden gem with some of the best pho in Columbus. Service is quick and friendly and its a perfect choice for cheap, healthy, and delicious food! My go to place for pho, I get it almost every week.

I found this place when I was very sick and needed some good pho to help give me a boost. Its less than 5 minutes from my house and Im so happy that it is! Its great, authentic pho! And when they pack it to go, it heats up just as well!

They are ok, their serving is not filling and they are way expensive. I always order vietnamese roll for appetizer and it was so skinny, the smallest vietnamese roll I ever had. Their pho is ok. I dont think Im going back.

This place is amazing and addicting. My husband and I found it while house hunting, and I wont lie, it MAY have played a part in which house we chose. :-) We eat here at least once a week. You will not be disappointed!

They have the best rolls for the bahn mi that I have had anywhere. Very light crispy crust and a very soft crumb makes for a great sandwich. I dont like to throw 5 Stars around but this place deserves it.

i go here a bunch, seems to be the only pho place in columbus that has good tasting broth, try the taro smoothie when you go never had bad service here, dont know what the other reviews are on about
