We were so excited to show up here and instantly concerned once we did. The reviews made it sound like we would be walking through the gates to Heaven itself, but we arrived to a dingy restaurant with dirty drop ceilings and a bit of a bad odor to the place. I thought, "well, the food must sure be good for it have high ratings when it looks like this." Then the food came and I learned I was wrong. The soup had bamboo shoots in it that were basically splinters of wood, the pad thai was greasy and my son couldnt finish it (the kid is a bottomless pit for pad thai), my dinner was pretty awful (I cant remember the last time I didnt finish a plate in a restaurant) and the curry my mother-in-law had was "not the best," which is her very polite way of saying "Oh God thats awful." The bubble teas the kids had were not that bad... even if they were overpriced.

The food was good and the prices was reasonable. But if you have to drive a long way, they are not worth it. The service was terrible. We waited for our orders for over and hour until I finally asked the waitress about our orders. Ten minutes later they brought in our food. I was also upset because there was a couple of families who came in 10 minutes after us, but their orders were brought in on time. These families seems to be the waitresses friends so they got to be served first, everything from appetizers to their main orders which was 4 different dishes. While watching our waitress catered to these families, I was so annoyed that I almost walkout. But I will never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. There are many restaurants far better than this place. Even if you have to pay a few dollars more.

This is my favorite restaurant and grocery store. It is over an hour away from us but we try to go as often as we can. This restaurant does not waste money on decor or trying to impress with its atmosphere, it is all about the food. The Pad See Ew noodles are made from scratch, they dont skimp on hard to come by authentic spices. Lots of fresh Thai Basil and Kaffir lime adorning many dishes. If you find a dish you dont like then maybe you just dont like the authentic Thai version. Most things on the menu are not Americanized. The restaurant is family owned and the employees I believe are all family members. Sometimes they may be short staffed in the kitchen so if you are too busy to wait maybe order a pre-cooked appetizer or a soup to start off.

I usually prefer to walk or bike if Im going out to eat, but Ill make an exception for Bangkok. One of the reasons is that they are one of the only restaurants that Ive found in Columbus that seems to understand spicy and they do an excellent job making dishes extra spicy, but still flavorful. There Tom Yum Gai fire pots are some of the best Tom Yum Ive had anywhere. All of their curries are excellent and so are their Pad See Ew and Pad Ke Mao. The attached grocery is also worth checking out. Things like coconut milk and curry paste are about half the cost of most chain stores. There are also a lot of interesting foods you wont find many other places around here.

Easily the best Thai food in Columbus; (Im looking at you, Nidas and Basils). The food is just classic and homey with no frills. The wonton soup here is the best Ive ever had with a sweet and savory brown-red broth that I havent seen before. The curry is excellent, although only red is available. The Tom Ka Gai and Tom Yum soups are both excellent and the pad Thai and pad see ew are the best Ive ever had. Although the exterior is a bit rough, and the interior is certainly dated, this is a place you come to for food and not aesthetics. Easily one of the best hidden gems in Columbus.

This is the most authentic Thai food that I have had in America ( I have been to Thailand). You can play it safe with dishes like Pad Thai (which is amazing), but Id recommend trying something new. I personally love the soups, they were just as good as I remembered if not better. Price is what you would expect for Asian Food, and the service has always been good. Definitely worth the trip. Grocery store has all of your Asian food needs, including my favorites- canned Thai Tea, and thai chilli pepper flakes.

Amazing Thai food. Best in the city. Good luck getting them to answer the phone though. They have one line and these knuckleheads always leave the phone off the hook and it rings busy. Would have rated 5 out of 5 if theyd opt for another line and a person to take a carry out order. Theyre prob losing a lot of business with this issue. Update: this is the third time in three weeks that they dont answer. Theyre open, they just dont answer. They must not like money.

I like this place! The fried rice is very good!! The bubble tea is frustrating. I have had it about 6-7 times; and every time it is either perfect or it is melty, not blended properly, extremely watery, and just not good. It seems like they dont make it as well if you are taking it to go for whatever reason. So if you are trying the bubble tea, dont get it to go. The market is also nice, though they dont have many products I am interested in.

Lots of interesting options for groceries. The restaurant is THE most authentic Thai place in Columbus. Be warned that wait times for food can be long but worthwhile. Plan to spend at least 1.5 hours here when they are busy. Get the Pad Kee Mao, and the Tom Yum. Their spice levels are also authentic. This is coming from someone who has visited Thailand numerous times and who grew up in a neighboring country!

This restaurant was the worst place I have ever been to. The food was greasy and the veggies was old. Even the fried rice was just nasty and messy like they just through it together. I need not recommend this place to anyone and I regret spending 35 dollars becuz it was a waste. Do not waste your money people, I promise you the place is disgraceful.

Grocery Store: Lots of exotic goodies. Its an interesting market with fresh crabs and other seafood. Tons of spices can be found here. The staff can be a little off putting but theyve been helpful with finding items [like Tahini/Sesame Paste]. Its not the cleanest store, and some items are expired but with a bit of patience you can find great stuff.

This place is dern good!!!Crispy Spring Rolls with a delightful sweet chilli sauce. Wonton Soup that will make you religious. Noodle dishes are a favorite of mine. Kee Mao or Pad See Ew...This place dominates..Cool little market next door with all the treats of the Far East. Would have given 5 Stars if they were opened Mondays ;)

Authentic Thai dishes with great selection at reasonable price. must try: Baby spring roll, Pad Kee Mao, Tom Yum En Toon (Tom Yum soup with beef, meatballs, and some beef intestines). Forgive me for spelling mistake. Also try their Crab Meat fried rice (with real crab meat!) and Thai Spicy Fried rice for fried rice lovers
