Fairly straight forward dueling piano bar. The interior is pretty much no-frills, not much for decor or design. The bar was pretty small, maybe 20 seats total with a second small bar tucked into the back. Its quiet loud, dont expect to go there and have much for small talk. When I was there on a Tuesday, many of the beers on tap that I wanted were out. Also, the house Cabernet my wife ordered seemed skunky.... maybe it was just a bad wine, I dunno. The enterainment was pretty good though. There was a rotation of three musicians with either two playing piano and one playing drums or two playing piano with the third out on a smoke break. All three were good and put on a decent show.

Went on a Friday night (12/4/15) . Got there about 7:15 pm and there where plenty of available seating. Also a lot of seating reserved. I was told that on Saturday all tables are usually reserved or get taken very early. That night about 8:30 the available seating started filling up quick. Place was a blast. Service was excellent. Never waited more then 10 min to get a drink even when the place was packed at 10 pm. And by 10:30 -11 its standing room only. Be aware it is loud but that is part of the fun and the "experience". The entertainers are very talented and keep the place jumping. Will be back for sure.

Weve been here twice. First time it was our friends birthday and second time we just went out with my cousin and her husband. They have reservation options for $125 for four people or $250 for six. They gave us a table closest to the stage, it was so uncomfortable, because people who danced were almost on our table. If you dont have a reservation and come after 10 oclock you will not sit for sure. Place is small. But they have nice music!!! You can order song you like for $20, if give them less than that, they will not play it. Last time we waited for our song for ever.

Tons of reserved tables (with no one sitting in them for at least 45 minutes). So we decided to grab a few empty chairs and sit down. Bouncer came over and told us we couldnt do that unless the chair were against the wall (?). Ok, put the chairs against the wall, sat back down. Bouncer comes back and starts yelling at us to get up out of the chairs and moves them. Refuse to seat us or allow us to sit in their chairs. Strangest experience ever. We left after one drink and wont be back again.

First visit. Super slow food service. Place is nearly empty and weve been waiting 45 minutes since ordering sliders and flatbread and still no food. Waiter (Preston) tells us the kitchen lost our order so we paid for our drinks and left. Its clear that he owns part of this because he gave us bogus updates on the status of our food that was never actually being made. Will not be coming back. Plenty of good options in this area other than this.

Did not know what to expect but it was actually a lot of fun I loved the music, thought it would be lame being on a piano but it was awesome the staff was dancing on stage!! foood was really good cheese fries and some kind of piza with bacon killer!!! Staff was a little rude at 1st because we were sitting at a table & got yelled at because we ordered drinks at the bar and not our waitress.....other then that awesome!!! Ps: cover we paid $6

If you are looking for somewhere loud and raucous, this is your jam. The music depends on the taste/age of whoever is doling out the most cash that night but no matter what, the performers put on a great show. The bartenders are also a little difficult to wrangle. Lots of fun, but expect to drop a lot of cash (in addition to the cover) and be a self advocate for your drinking situation.

Typical Cleveland: good idea, horrible execution. Waited over an hour for food and ended up cancelling the order. Our waitress was understanding but we physically saw her explain our situation to the manager, who mouthed "whatever" and then dipped. Paid 24 dollars for a watered down fish bowl. Im glad the flats are coming back, but this is a place to skip. Dont waste your time or money.

Id rather drink prison toilet wine or share port-a-potty moonshine with the local bums who frequented the dumpster fires behind my college dorm, at least they had more class and knew good music. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go to a real bar and not this landfill of rejected waitstaff. Ive had better service from cracked-out Walmart employees. 0/10 would not bang.

This place is an abomination. The staff is totally unqualified, the music and entertainment would be better if they hired my nieces kindergarten choir, and in top of it all, management has created the most inhospitable venue in all of Cleveland. In short, I would rather be impaled by a whalers harpoon than go back to this city dump of a bar.

Never heard a place where you either pay for each drink when ordered or give server credit card up front. This was due to avoiding someone leaving without paying? Asked for mgr but was directed to walk to his office vs coming to my table. Talent was GREAT! but was my 1st & last time there.

Well the piano players were great. The drinks were good but the food was awful and way overprice. $8 for 8 mini corndogs that came straight out of the country fair walmart box is crazy not to mention awful. Pretzel bites were hard and cheese had barely any taste. Great atmosphere tho!

Amazingly talented pianists playing anything and everything on demand, according to customer requests. Arrive before 8pm for free entry (cover charge applies after 8pm). While pianists are talented they should make it so tipping is optional in order to do a song request.

The live music is good. Didnt have any food, cant comment on that. Girlfriend became ill that evening, and staff was incredibly rude. I know thats their job, but their demeanor and attitude left a poor taste in my mouth. Beer was cold, good amount of options.

My husband is a dueling piano player and we go to dueling shows every time we are on vacation. Weve been to shows in Vegas, New York, Savannah, Detroit, Florida etc and this place is HANDS DOWN the best dueling piano show weve ever been to. A riot! -Racquel

I wouldnt call this a "dueling piano" bar. More like a "sing-along" piano bar. Which is fine, but you should know what youre getting before you pay the cover charge. Its a great atmosphere, and the bar staff, although very busy, keeps the drinks moving.

Great performances with not so stellar venue. Room is a bit cramped and prime view will quickly full up. Food is average for price but drink and drink menu is solid. Lower traffic hours during the week might be more enjoyable than crowded weekend.

Great night out! We went on a Saturday, and it filled up quickly, but the music was great and they kept it going all night. Food was good and my only real complaint was service was slow at times, but the place was packed so its expected.
