Me and my sister or my company function went to this restaurant and I only did they not give us poor service and high prices but their choice or twice on her food and then accused her of stealing a ladys ring which the Forest Park police have been involved in this is a poor restaurant bad service bad management and its a whole different story to have to tell on here but this is not a restaurant that you take anybody to in fact I have called corporate on these people and Im telling you what the service so we got the lady took the tip out of the check for her own tip on her after Poor service. Every once again the Forest Park and Springdale police have been informed and have started an investigation on this place for fraud theft through deception and overcharging on credit cards not just my sisters but they said that they have had problems with this restaurant in the past. And like I said I was there a company function and it was an embarrassment to me and my company and the company that I was with and it was also informed me that there is an ongoing investigation on this restaurant due to fraud and theft interception on others Peoples Credit Card you might want to check your credit card statement after going to this restaurant there is an ongoing investigation to the Springdale and Forest Park Police Department.

The quality has never wavered. Shrimp fajitas are delicious. The outside porch is so pleasant during nice weather, even with Camp Bowie traffic. I am going to share here my ultimate favorite thing to order on the menu. It is called Vuelve a la Vida cocktail, (along the lines of a shrimp cocktail). It is a famous Mexican hangover cure. Also works well in Fort Worth!! Served cold in a frozen goblet, I always get the large. Tomato based cocktail, with fresh shrimp, octopus, raw oysters, Freshly chopped onions, cilantro. Served with fresh avocado slices on top, and lime wedges and crackers. You can absolutely feel the life rushing back into you!! My man has tried it and loved it, although he wont have anything to do with the raw oysters. More for me!! We have even eaten our lunch there and then gotten the Vuelve a la Vida to take home to share for dinner. They package it up nicely, we throw some glass bowls in the freezer to get a nice frost on them, and thoroughly enjoy it. Try It!! You can thank me later!!

Food is great! Real mexican Not like Chopotle.. when ordering be spacifac in What u like! Dont like a ingrediente ask to omit it. You have to really know about food before u order. If u dont like it let them know They want u to come back. For drimks get alcohol on side of mixed drink & get top shelf. You get What u Pay for. Best salsa ever. Im a Cook and eating out is experimental. Let them know If Not satisfyed at Time of service so it can be changed to your personal likeing . I Love this place. Lunch time is best time & svc is A+ everytime I go. ( often)

The service is horribly slow and the portion sizes are much smaller than any Mexican Restaurant I have ever been to. The weirdest thing I have ever experienced while dining out involves this place: They bring your bill late and then make you wait at a register to pay . . . right next to the door. I have waited on a cashier for more than fifteen minutes. Seems to me like they dont want customers. This has happened twice and they will not get my business again

Amazing, very nice staff, the home made salsa and chips were fantastic and the Fajitas Tropicana were really great. Edit: we went back again tonight, and it was even BETTER! This time we asked for our waiters suggestion and although I dont know what it was called, it was amazing. Our server remembered us and because we were in from out of town, and came twice, he brought us a dessert on the house. Just go, and enjoy. You wont regret it.

Pay close attention to your bill. Your server will try to over charge you (by a lot), and then argue you with you about what you ordered. He will tell you what you REALLY ordered, even if it isnt at all what you ordered. He will also roll his eyes a lot, and speak to you like youre stupid. We went here one time. We will not be back. I can certainly understand why this location has the lowest rating...

There were dirty dishes all over empty tables as we came in which was off putting at the beginning. The gentleman that sat us was able to take our drink order but then never came back and forgot about us. We ended up walking out with, leaving money for our drinks on the table since we never got a chance to order. Went to alcupoco down the street and had a much better experience.

I see the other responses about the service but I can not concur. I have visited this restaurant a few times in the past few months for work. Ive always sat at the bar and had excellent service. The food is really tasteful and is plentiful. You will be satisfied and it is close to the hotel next door which is really nice. I hope you too have a great experience too.

Perfect score all the way across! Cancuns atmosphere is fun and friendly from the moment you walk through the door. The food is great; the margaritas are great, and the servers are friendly and conversational. Daniel is kind and very attentive. My fiancé and I are there almost every other week, and weve never had a bad time!

It was a Sunday night, not busy. We waited 45 minutes and no food appeared before us. The server was not on top of his game at all. We have eaten at other Cancun restaurants and had no problem, the food was great at the other ones. However, we didnt stay any longer to get our food so I cant say if the food is good or not.

Dont believe the bad reviews here. Some people thing everything us bad. I go here often, it is the best authentic Mex. food. The place is cleaner than any other restaurant I go to. (American) the staff Is Very Nice and freindly. And you cannot beat the prices. More than you can eat servings forr not much $.

Bad service. My girlfriend and I were one of two tables in the restaurant and service just sat and played on their phone while we waited. We actually had to interrupt him from his phone so he would take our order. Food was not terrible but not worth the bother.

Waiter was a complete d-bag!! Rarely came by to check on us. We had to flag him down for a To-go-box, and the check. When he took us to our seats, he threw our menus on the table and kept walking. Food was very good, but this waiter needs to be deported.

My cancon taco salad was the BOMB in other words it was so good and delicious everything was fresh and tasty and its great for travelers cuz the hotel is right next door. I highly recommend u stop in to eat you want be disappointed

I always get the Fajitas Tropicanas. Good stuff. This was my first visit to this location. Service was just a bit less than expected, hence the 4 star rating. Otherwise would be 5 star. Our server wasnt very attentive.
