Whoever the male is that answers the phone has 0 customer service. Ive worked in the restaurant industry and that is unacceptable. My office has had multiple orders put in incorrectly and he constantly throws us on hold and then hangs up on us. No smiles on his face. Looks like he doesnt want to work there. The female worker is great, but not him. That blue berry bagel is the only reason I choose this place over Dunlap Cafe.

The food is great; that is if they have what you want and if the staff is friendly to you while you order it. This shop has so much potential, and a great menu, but the inconsistent service really detracts from the convenience of this location. Some hands on training could absolutely be implemented.

BREAKFAST SANDWICHES CURE ALL! I woke up this morning with a headache. But, after eating a breakfast sandwich, my headache instantly went away. Now, it couldve been the 4,000mg of Tylenol I took, but Im not ruling out the possibility that the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant cured my ailments.

This is my favorite place to patron downtown for breakfast. They have a nice selection of food and use only Boars Head meats. Beth is always nice and after a few visits she starts to remember what you like. Highly recommend this local deli.

Ive been here once. Got a club sandwich, which was pretty good - better than some of the other delis nearby. Service was pretty quick and prices were pretty good. Its a good place for a quick, reasonable bite to eat.
